I have received a call several times from someone pretending to be a legal research company. They now state they are DMS LEGAL TEAM and that I owe MBNA 48, 558.20. I have never had an account through this company or creditor and when I mentioned that my identity had been stolen, they hung up and refused to answer anymore of my calls. A similar company called several months ago and said the same thing only I spoke with the guy and he finally stopped calling.
