Type of a scam: Advance Fee Loan

Masked as a ‘pay it forward’ grant program, for a $7500 fee you are promised $7+ Million dollars for your start up and/or small business - the CEO Lori M. Quinones of Double Platinum Investments, Dublin, CA preys on small business owners & start ups who would otherwise not necessarily qualify for such significant funding elsewhere - many of these small businesses are merely concepts - after completing business plans and financials, funding is promised within 60/90/120 days with constant delays after you wire the $7500 legal fee directly to her Chase Account and you receive an invoice stating your $7500 is fully refundable - to date no one has received a refund now going on 8 Months - communication becomes belligerent & intimating - psychological manipulation tactics implemented wearing down the project owner and increasing the co dependency of the relationship: you’re waiting for funding while Lori arbitrarily is biding time never delivering the Master Documents and never contacting the project owner as discussed live on the initial phone calls - 10 groups are now reporting her to the Colorado Attorney General who is launching an investigation across all applicable oversite criminal and regulatory agencies in US - she methodically strings every project owner along as they wait for funding now going on one year and their business slowly either falls apart due to no funding and debt accumulates due to the constant promise that funding is coming ‘next month’...

If you need help, I can help you find her. I see her almost on a daily basis. There is a statue of limitation (time limit) to fraud she have committed to be legally be able to be prosecuted. I'd recommend that you take action ASAP. Contact a lawyer and then reach out to me on this page, I can help you find her to serve her court summons free of charge.
