what I received. So I sent pic. She said she would get the rest of that order out. Each week I had to email to say, I hadnt received my other 2 glasses yet. This went on till finally I said, just refund my money. She said ok, they will refund me. Days later I let them know I hadnt received my refund. She said they were having trouble refunding my cc. They would have to send an Echeck. A week went by no echeck, I emailed her again to ask, she used the 3 to 5 business days until now 10/21/24. After I said I was going to report them, they all of a sudden sent an echeck, saying to click on this link to see if the bank information was secure. By this time I wasnt going to believe anything they said or sent. Email for echeck looked sketchy, I wasnt about to click on any "link" they sent me. I dont understand why they couldnt refund my cc in the first place.
