EdgeRods.com never shipped my fishing rod and wants a restocking fee
First they told me there are many orders, need to wait for 4 month, fine I accepted that. After 4 months, they told me waiting for guides need another 2 months, fine I accepted again. 2 months later, they told me waiting for handles and do not know how long I need to wait.They are unprofessional! they should know how many guides and handles need when there are orders
I lost all of my patience and cancel the order, they told me it needs 2 MONTHs to refund and will charge 50% of the product value for restock. Rediculous! as they did not ship the order yet. And during the phone call, nobody told me they will charge restock fee before cancellation.
