The website for EllieSeattle.com shows beautiful stained glass lamps with 80% markdown in a farewell sale. The product received is a crude approximation of what was shown on the website. Request for return and refund to [email protected] was met with a return policy that required return of the item to China at my expense, knowing full well that the return postage is significantly more than the $44.95 amount paid. Ellie from EllieSeattle.com sent me the wrong lamp yet refused to admit it (even after I sent pictures as proof) and would not offer a full refund. I lost $35.96 on this order.

Saw advertisement on Facebook about Ellie Seattle pet figurines from EllieSeattle.com. Going out of business. Product looked really nice. Ordered a stain glass dog lamp. Ordered on Feb. 3 and received on Feb 17. I basically got a toy night light in a shape of a dog when I was expecting a beautiful illuminated dog lamp figurine. Wow, what a ripoff this was!
