Still waiting after 3 years, e mailed several times and keep getting the same answer difficulty with customs and shipping. But they tell everyone they have been shipoed and recieved.

I hate that I trusted the pretty internet

I've been waiting for my Stones for 3 years now with the same email message that they will be on their way. I have conversed with a live person by email a few times but never can find a phone number to verbally speak with someone. I really sacrificed to order these to give my clients the best and haven't been able to give them a thing. And now they are taking about changing the brand name! Why, so they can wash us all who are waiting for our product away? Is there someone who can help get my stones or my money back please, please, please?

I thought for sure it was a scam as well. However mine now show that they are going to be delivered Wednesday. I ordered them like 3 years ago.

Def a scam im disappointed

Elo stone’s actually charged me more than the $400 for pro I ordered in 2020 when it was the first design then it was upgraded and the price went up then shipping 2 more times they after 2020 it was all automated emails I remember talking to a real person then just automated emails I’m wondering if it didn’t start as a scam then it failed and turned into one im not sure but just like everyone else I was scammed out my money

Paid $289.00 on 4/21/2021 - received 26 updates letting me know the status of production and shipping - just endlessly dragging us suckers along. I don't even do massage therapy any more due to sciatica and am unemployed - so yeah, these scammers suck.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I am one of many people that have given over $400.00 ($419.99 for myself) to Elo Stones and have never received a thing. I was order nbr 0598 (if im not mistaken) over 2 years ago, never have received my Pro Unit nor a refund. Now, as of May 24th, 2023 I have been approved for a full refund per Ben, whomever he is supposed to be within the comoany. But as of today, June 23rd, I have not received a dime. There is a at least one group on Facebook "Angry at Elo Stones" that I know of and there are hundreds of people if not more that are in the same predicament as myself with this company.

I ordered 4 sets of the pro but I wish I found this site first to save myself the hassle, waste of time and frustration (rage) at having my hard earned money stolen. My product never came- its just excuse after excuse, lie after lie. The company gives no phone number, only sends stock replies and doesn't communicate much along the way via their website. Their Kickstarter remained on that page long after they "changed the design" And if you look at the manufacturing plans submitted to the US government, you can clearly see they write that the Elo AND the Elo Pro are EXACTLY THE SAME. Well I wish I knew that because the Pro cost significantly more money. I lost out $2396 dollars. Thankfully I caught it soon enough and Amex refunded me, at least while they investigate. Omar Chatur is a [censored] and is stealing hardworking peoples money.

Was looking forward to use these supposedly state of art- high quality convenient hot stones for my practice. Spend $398 claiming if I pre order I'm getting a discount. To wanting more $ because it end up costing more in production and an extra $25 for a speedy faster delivery. With non refundable.. and without avail. Still nothing from them. April 2021 will be 2 yrs. Hopefully I can get credit back on my account.

As of March 13th I have not received my Elon Pro Order

I ordered my Elon Pro in 2021, paid in 4 payments. Last contact was January 25, 2023. I just sent out an email asking about my order. After seeing this, I am having doubts about this company. So I thought I would report this.

I set up four equal payments to receive my elostones back in 2021. I still have not gotten them. Every time I e-mail them to get a refund, I get an automated e-mail saying to "go to their website" which has no customer service number or help page. I am beyond frustrated. And now I'm almost $400 less and without a product!

Elo Stones Nightmare

I set up a payment plan of four payments to the total of $400 for a set of hot stones which turned out to literally be too good to be true. This was almost two years ago. Elo Stones refuses to respond to my emails requesting a refund, And I am in the process of trying to recover those hard-earned wages from my bank. There are hundreds of other massage therapists in my same position. The man who started Elo Stones, Omar Chatur, is under investigation for fraud. The concept for Elo Stones was clearly copied from the Eleeels S1 Revival S1 Hot Stone Spa Collection, which is nearly identical in concept, save for the individually controlled warming stations.
Elo Stones created a very convincing scam.

I ordered the items and set up my payment in 4 equal payments. It was a pre order so I knew I would have to wait to receive my items till after production. However, when that time came, I received excuse after excuse as to why they were not shipping out yet. This continues from March of 2021 till now. I have requested a refund several times via email and the response I get is that they will not be refunding my money. I finally reported them as fraud to my credit agency.
