Placed order via Facebook link Given Confirmation number and my credit card was billed. A few days later I received a tracking number and a link that went to the 718 tracking site. I watched the package move from China to LA across the US to the UPS facility and then to a location in my city for sorting. The only place in my city for sorting and shipping is the Post Office, contacted them they advised no packages receeived and tracking is an invalid Chinese tracking number. Reached out to EmSoly and was told sorry it shows it shipped I asked for proof of delivery. Was told it shows delivered and signed for buy carrier did not have who signed for it . I then asked for proof again for fully refund as I did not sign for it. Was told I could be 15% refund but they lost money in shipping. I said that wasnt my problem and wanted full refused. After more back and forth they agreed to 100% refund and said it would be 15-25 to receive. When I told that that was unacceptable and more back and forth they finally sent a reference number for the credit. I checked back again 3 days ago as I still have not received the refund 30 days later and they advised Oops we made an error but we will process it now. They now just keep emailing me back the same canned response every time I ask for proof of credit amount, card it is going to and a confirmation number that it has been processed.
