ERIC RICE, STOP BEING A DOUCHEBAG!
YOU KNOW THIS IS WRONG!
SHAME ON YOU!
DONT YOU HAVE HEALTHY BRAIN CELLS TO RUB TOGETHER!
I HOPE YOU GET SUED AND FINED!

I followed the instructions in the letter and left an honest 5-star review for nasal strips that are actually pretty great. My $20 gift card code later arrived by email. So that worked out. It may or may not be related but about 1 week later, I received a fraudulent charge notice from Chase bank (my amazon visa). I really don't know if these are related events (I actually don't think they are related) but I thought it is worthwhile to post here in case it happened to others.

Received letter just as so many others from this scammer. He acts as though he works for Amazon and they want me to review products for the company. Only the products are raunchy sex toys, and they want you to purchase these things. It’s obviously a scam to have people purchase their junk on Amazon because they think they are part of a review program all of a sudden. Scam and [censored].

Received a similar letter from Eric Rice, Mum 466 Landeros Dr., San Mateo CA 94403 but with After Sale Service Wireless Earbuds at the top. It also promises a $40 Amazon gift card if I leave a positive review. Though it does not specify, I ordered these through the SPIER store. My questions:
- How did they get my Amazon order information including name & address? Is that PSIER store passing it on?
- How does just leaving the review benefit them? On my letter there is nothing to scan, maybe just hoping I will email them?

I received a letter from "Amazon Project" asking me to join the Early Reviewer Project. All I have to do is choose 1 of 8 sex toys (pictured in color). The letter asks me to email my choice to [email protected] and they'll reply within 1 business day. They "encourage" customers to test and share their authentic experience about the product. Really? Wow. And to top it off, I live in a 55+ apartment building, so this definitely seems sketchy. It's not to say we people of a certain age are prudes, but this is ridiculous. At the bottom of the letter, it says "If the invitation brings any inconvenience to you, please accept our sincere apologies" and "email to unsubscribe and we will remove you from the list". I didn't know I was subscribed in the first place.

I got a letter today to write a 5 star review for a $30 gift card. It seemed weird to be getting a letter after I had ordered something off Amazon and since I had order it at the beginning of the month. Especially since they were asking for a five start review. Wanted my order number along with a screenshot of the review.

I sent a review for a purchase for the bug a bug zapper on Amazon and I never got my $30 so I will be taking down my review. Please catch this criminal and put him in jail. My name is Yvonne Biondo and my purchase was July 2023 on Amazon.
Congratulations, you’ve been chosen

Requests for Amazon reviews are through the Amazon site. This is designed to get more personal information from you by baiting you with free toys and gifts. SCAM!

Its amazing how there are so many different email address, products, sellers, and people getting this letter. Anyone ever receive giftcard? I ordered two wireless earbuds, but it doesnt say which one. There is no information about order, but they must know I had to have ordered them some how. They just want a positive review. Both earbuds I order are actually really good any way. Lol
I got one also

Returned an item to Amazon then this letter comes hoping item is working well. Offering me a free 3 year warranty and $35 gift card if I just scan the bar code with my phone

I received a letter after purchasing something on Amazon. But sure how they got all my Info. They want a review but sending letters to people just like that just make you feel that your personal information is out there in the wrong hands.

I got a letter asking me to test a "toy" of my choice n share my "authentic experience" Since I really like free stuff n wanted to try pegging I scanned the QR code that had me email the item # I wanted to try (hadn't noticed it was from Eric Rice yet) Then today I got a reply wanting me to choose from a much wider variety of toys (some a lil too wide if u ask me) from [email protected] (not a typo, that's how they really had it spelled) which made me look at the letter again n I decided to investigate. They haven't asked for any money (which is good cuz I don't have any) or personal info (clearly they already have plenty on me) I dunno if I've actually been scammed but I wouldn't be bummed if they sent me a free plug for when I'm pitching

I got the same letter. You ever get anything from them?

Did they send you the toy? I just got the same letter

So I ordered a confidential toy off of Amazon and this person who undergoes the name Eric Rice muma has sent me a letter asking for 5 star reviews and has offered for me to be a product tester of theirs. I don't know if he's a scam or if Amazon knows about this I will not be showing the picture because I'm really embarrassed about the transaction

Eric Rice, actually from Riverside, is a middle man through which Amazon sellers can entice purchasers to leave 5-Star reviews. Offers are typically done by promising gift cards. All correspondence is done vis email, not Amazon, and only 5-Star reviews qualify.

It's a fake and don't bother. The reviews are real but when you email you get a return. "Do it for the likes". Basically begging for good reviews.

I received a completely blank letter from this address. No message, just my address and a return address.

No gift card, no email address, no directions.

Good to know it was just a scam, even if it's the most harmless and mildly amusing one I've been victim to recently.

+13

I got a blank one too. It was funny to get this.

It's a scam & it needs to stop.
I'm sick of these scammers.
The letter says it all!

Sent sex toys to a minor!!!

Check your order history, I’m guessing your daughter tried to order something which you weren’t aware of. MUMA works with third party vendors selling through Amazon and are trying to increase their 5-star ratings for them.

Your daughter ordered that toy Lmaoo…they only send mail to recent orders.

They sent me options for my s** t**. This is ridiculous
