I received packages that I didn’t order for about a month. Among the things I received were: diaper pail bags, trash bags (5 boxes), 11 RV power surge protectors, 8 plant stands, 3 boxes of paper towels, 2 wig cap & hair extension kits, and a Yawpet Dog Shock Collar—-which Eric Rice Muma wanted me to write a review on! I knew this had to be a scam because I never ordered any of these things. Now I’m wondering if all of it came from him. The only way I could stop the deliveries was to put up signs refusing ALL AMAMZON DELIVERIES! Amazon was no help to me! This is clearly a SCAM!

I made a purchase of a cervical pillow on Amazon a few days ago, and today I received a letter bribing me $50 for a verified 5-star review, and a warning not to post a photo of the letter in my review. The return address of the seller does not match the “Seller Information” posted on Amazon (which itself looks suspicious). I have posted screen shots of everything, as well as Amazon’s posted Anti-Manipulation Policy. I reported the seller to Amazon and they said they will initiate an investigation and follow up with me.

I don’t know how many sellers are bribing their customers like this, but if it’s a lot, then the entire Amazon review system is unreliable.

I was also scammed! Eric sent me a letter that they'll send me $50 when I review the Emircey Neck Pilllow I had purchased and when the review was posted on Amazon I should send a picture of the review with the order number. I did sent them a photo of the posted review to this email: [email protected] and the number they had on the letter. I checked my account and this number was the same as my order number; how did they get it? they already had my order number when they sent me the letter.

I received a letter in the mail after a purchase on Amazon. The letter was offering me $25 gift card or $25 Paypal refund if I share my shopping experience on Amazon by scanning the QR code. I scanned the QR code and it proceeded to ask me personal information like the purchase ID#, m name, email, phone etc. It was then I realized this was probably a scam and deleted everything and searched internet for confirmation of fraud/scam.
BEWARE! ERIC RICE MUMA FRAUD SCAM ALERT

Both my husband and I received similar letters for items purchased on Amazon asking to scan QR code to collect a $25 gift card or $25 Paypal refund! All for "sharing my shopping experience on Amazon". It does look VERY legit at first glance but how did this scammer get my address AND know what I purchased? When I scanned the QR code it asked my for my name, email phone, purchase ID# etc (all person info). That is what set off the red light for me. I just deleted the page and searched who Erice Rice Muma was and fount this page thank goodness
BEWARE! FRAUDULENT SCAM

Not a scam. They got ur info because you purchased from them. Your purchase was under the store name. Not sure how giving someone who already has your name and address the purchase ID number is going to cause any fraudulent activities. You are not giving any personal information. However it is against Amazon rules for seller to bribe customers for a 5 star review. Once I was asked just to leave am honest review and that was pretty awesome. To get $30. For an honest review. Be smart about stuff but don't be another Karen.

LETTER from Eric Rice MUMA looks legit from AMAZON...IT IS NOT! Glad I looked into it. Another scammer! BEWARE!

Actually, it looked good but anyone can make it look good. Letter I received said I won $25.00 Amazon gift card and has a "Scan the QR code." DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE. Nothing comes for free. He's saying you will get $25.00 when actually you will LOSE lots of money so do NOT trust this.

also, the letter said Eric is from Muma and I bought earplugs and was thanking me for buying them. Actually, again I did not buy anything from Muma so DO NOT try to get the money, IT'S A SCAM.
THANK YOU,

Unable to access the email address, told it doesn't exist.

Received a letter from this guy and sent it to Amazon scam. He stated I would receive a 30 dollar gift card for something I purchased from Amazon. Then he sent me an email stating my account had been locked and needed to verify. Did not do that sent it to Amazon scamming.

The email address sent in the letter to me was returned as undeliverable. Do not waste your time for the supposed $10 gift certificate from Amazon!

To the person saying this is not a scam….. IT IS A SCAM! Trying to buy a good review is a scam. The victims are people who rely on Amazon reviews. Just because you are invited to participate in it, aid and abet tot for money, does not means it isn’t a scam. If you participate in it, you are then a part of it, you are a perpetrator. That’s why Amazon will ban you from reviews for life if you participate in the scam.

This is not a scam, but it is in violation of the agreement sellers sign with Amazon not to solicit reviews.
The seller of the item you purchased from Amazon wants you to review their product so they can be at the top of the list upon an Amazon search. You have to give five stars in order to get the free gift card, or whatever item was promised .
Be advised, if you do this more than once, Amazon will bar you for life from their review section , plus Q&A.
Basically you are accepting payment for reviews, and that's a big no no with Amazon. That's why they ask you not to attach the letter, bcuz they're sneaking around Amazon...

As you see received but i did research before i did anything. Always check first. Start with the email

Offered me a free anti-barking training collar, and in return All I had to do was report how I felt about its use. scam!
Received letter with amazons logo

Not a scam. See my reply to Sheri Flagler.

Received a letter with Amazon Logo from this vendor claiming that I won a $20 Amazon gift, and that I should e-mail them my 5 star review copy.

Purchased a product from Amazon. A month after, received a letter offering 20.00 gift card to submit review and submit screenshots of review and order id. (RED FLAG) - "please do not attach pictures of this reward when *leave review. Only upload images of the speaker itself." There is a reason they do not want you to alert Amazon to this "offer". Let people know about this and toss these scam offers in the trash or shredder.

Claiming I was entitled to a $40 Amazon gift card. Listed contact email: [email protected].

Yup, I fell for it. Received the letter and since I loved the product, I wrote the review. Wish I had read this website first.

Don't feel bad, I almost went there myself. It's very easy to do, considering this is a very professional looking letter, except for the suspect part about not attaching pictures of the letter. That's what did them in.
I'm more concerned about how in the friggin hell does this freakazoid know what I bought on Amazon? HOW MUCH MORE INFORMATION DOES THIS PARASITE HAVE ON ME?

También me llegó casi me la creo pero dude y busque en Google y me aparece que es estafa, aparte que dice que si no quiero la gift card que pueden darme los 20 dolares por cash app o paypal, se irá a la basura
Casi caigo pero soy precavida
