Contacted the mentally disabled man via phone then email. The phone number was a computer voip number so most of it was through texts. They pretended to be Eva Elfie and her management team. The scammer has taken more money from this mentally disabled person before and each time the information gets reported to authorities they change the phone number and emails. This time again they pretended to be Eva promising to visit if the plane tickets were paid for. They create fake profiles on Facebook or other social media with sexual pictures to entice men. The artificial intelligence which reviews Facebook complaints doesn’t recognize scammers unless it’s very explicit so most of the time nothing happens. This time the individual sold his PlayStation for 50$ then using Apple Card’s sent the money to the scammer. Then the scammer pretended to be management and said they needed more money for a visit. The mentally disabled man can’t tell the difference between what’s real vs scam and is blinded by the sexual explicit photos online. When attempts are made to talk with the scammer on the phone there’s never an answer. When via texts you ask the scammer to stop you don’t get a response admitting anything. Once before the scammer pretended to be Eva herself and texted back aggressive messages about money and managers but that was in a previous number which was reported and the number taken down.
