I went to an outing with friends, and one of the girls attending had an absolutely adorable dress, so I told her I loved it, and she gave me the link to order it.

I placed my order on November 14th. It is now SEVEN months and my order still had not been shipped.

I've attempted to connect the business multiple times through their e-mail and their chat on the web site, with never a real answer. I would leave the chat up on my phone for up to six hours and no one would ever contact me back.

I then went online to give the store a bad review, only to find multiple people have had the same issue.
