I was contacted by this company several times regarding a collection debt from 2005. I advised them that the debt was settled by a prior collection company and even provided documentation showing proof it was paid. This erroneous debt managed to find its was to my credit report despite my efforts. I have since filed a dispute with Transunion.

Do you have the address to F&F Management?

Checked my transunion credit report , they say I owe some bank i have never heard of in my life and I have only ever banked at one bank and I have always been in good standing , I disputed the debt .. total fraud and now my score is paying the price

F and F Management said I opened an account with 08 Bankfirst in 2015. And apparently, it defaulted and went into collections in May 2021 with absolutely no notification whatsoever. They said a letter was sent to my address this past January informing me. But I received no letter. I spoke with Chris Marks, who works for the 'company'. I asked him for the address, contact number and other vital information on 08 Bankfirst. He said he 'could not look up that information at this time.' Really dude? You claim I owe some company money but can't produce the original debtors' information? I also requested a Validation of Debt be emailed and a physical copy be sent to the address they have on file. Its been 10 days and I am still waiting. Believe this or not, I only have 6 lines of credit to my name. I have no mortgage, no car payments or anything of the sort. 6 lines of credit is all I have opened in the past 15 years. I filed complaints with BBB of Central California and SC Consumer affairs office here in South Carolina. These crooks need to be taken down and prosecuted asap. Btw, several people on this forum noted that these fraudulent accounts were opened in 2015 and went into collections this past May 2021. You'd think Transunion would pick up on that and conduct a very thorough investigation.

I'm in the same boat here. Talked to Transunion and they are even worse. I recently sent a DEBT VERIFICATION LETTER to F & F Management and am waiting to hear back from them. I also have just acquired a FCRA lawyer to look into this scam F & F management are trying to pull off. Took my credit score down 51 points. I think the only way is to sue them for everything they have. the more people the better. blow this S up in they're faces.

Same thing is happening to me. Transunion wont verify it the right way either. It's time for a lawsuit. I have already talked to a lawyer. You should too

I'm experiencing the same fraudulent activity on my credit with this F&F Management.
It reports Bank of America account opened 1 month ago and now in collections. I'm disputing through Karma Credit and I possibly get a email from BOA stating I have not open any accounts. This comes at the worst time too, (like theres any good time) myself and my child where planning to move into a new place

On the 17th of May noticed a change on my credit report. When I opened and looked I see an item from F & F saying I owe $678, on behalf of Bank First. It states the date it was reported was May 1st, 2021, well I don’t have a Bank First credit card, and I’ve since tried to dispute it twice, both times it is stating it’s accurate!
Don’t know what to do next to get it erased, because it dropped my score 33 points!

Just an update about the dispute on my account. I filed a dispute with Credit Karma & won. They replaced my 41 points back to my credit. Another thing someone on this thread gave the info as a Joe etc from a tax office. That’s not the right company. The Better business bureau emailed me back this info. We need to get the right company in order to complain. If anyone knows the right company plz drop it here. I would like to complain & hopefully this company goes away for good. I suggest you’ll dispute it. There so good where the credit bureaus believe the fraud. At the end I won the battle. So screw your Joe & F&F management trash!

F&F Management claims that a GM Household account was opened on May 1, 2021 with over $1000 balance sent to collections within a month of the opening date for a person who is DECEASED! They are scamming people and reporting to Trans Union debts that do not exist!

My boyfriend and I had been checking his credit report on a regular basis. It’s never changed because he really has no credit. He passed away on April 10th suddenly and unexpectedly. I got the monthly email from Credit Karma which stated his credit had changed in May. I checked it and this F&F Management claims that he opened a GM Household credit card account on May 1st with a late balance of over $1000 that is in collections! The man passed away! You don’t die, then obtain a credit card, and go into collections within 3 weeks! This F&F Management is a SCAM! I am not going to fight it because I don’t have the energy and it doesn’t matter but I want others to be aware.

I hired an attorney to have this removed off my credit. It is negatively impacting my credit score and preventing me from getting any loans. They are reporting that it is for a Wells Fargo Acct. I do not do business with Wells Fargo. I will let my Lawyer do the rest. Very upset with these scammers

I suddenly have received a negative credit score from these people. I have NOTHING to do with them. Never have. Cannot get any answers. I need to get this removed ASAP.

Let me bring it to everyone’s attention! there is a critical piece of the puzzle that needs placement towards all concerned clarity completion - here is my observation, and given all the facts, it is obvious there are very sinister characters at work

Now let’s combine what we do know F&F Management, aka Joel Franco d.b.a with his wife inheriting his headache

We are very aware he/She is operating a Scam. It will come to light, and Justice Served

ok, but this useless, no new trick seen it all before [censored] bucket on the side

Now here is the central issue, which is testing my nerves, and we all know the principle solution towards comfort and ease and reversing this F&F obstacle lies in the hands of trans union. Correct! Are we all on the same page here.
Now from my standpoint, which I will openly share because it warrants a genuine general public notice

In less than three weeks, I have issued three official credit disputes towards this bogus collection account
on my report - here is the kicker - it takes approx. 30 days for TU to exercise and thoroughly investigate the issues about my complaint. Once this process is entirely valid or invalid, TU by law must furnish me with the conclusion/determination of these results now most times, it would say.
We have completed our investigation and determined the creditor blah blah blah, right

Well, guess what and why I was able to file three consecutive disputes because TransUnion, not one time offered me in writing or verbally any process towards confirming or validating this bogus collection
To take things further, I called TU asking where the hell is the results of your investigation. They said you should have received an email notifying you as to the results of our investigation. I told you guy have never sent me anything, not once twice, and now I’m on my third attempt to remove this shot stain from my report, ok; well, if that’s the excuse you offer, I’m ready. What was the conclusion of your investigation? TU answers Ummm, well I don’t have the results in front of me umm you should have received an email W.TF TU continues to allow this bogus collection on my spotless credit report, and you have not followed any guidelines permissible by federal law and after three disputes send three weeks of waiting
You have the nerve to tell me you don’t have any results to offer towards my disputes, and I should have received an email

Take this piece of dog crap of my credit because if you cannot verify, then it doesn’t exist

Ok, guys, that’s my dealings thus far with TransUnion. I feel firm there is some B, S going on, and if any of you are experiencing the same crap, please share.

We all need to ban together and SUE F & F Management AND TRANSUNION for the nefarious actions targeted by their direct malicious wonton deliberate harassment and slander libel acts!

I cant believe that Transunion has allowed these total scammers to place debts from 20 yrs. ago on credit report! they are on every scam list and just show up as a collection. I guess any body can add fraudulent info on Transunion!

right! mine isnt on any other credit agency, JUST Transunion which is fishy in and of itself, I have never borrowed from the place that they say I did, I was in the process of buying a home and had a slew of calls from F&F saying I would be arrested if I didnt pay, I think they were hurrying to get this on my report before closing! If that had happened I wouldnt have gotten my home, their scam didnt work so now i am disputing it thru credit karma, what a disgusting company! They KNOW you have to pay off most bad debt before a home will close so it is like they went around trying to find people buying homes and then threatening them and making an already stressful process worse. thank GOD their scheme didnt work but now I need them OFF my credit report!

Fraudulent Company Trying to Extort Shake money from young and Elderly seniors who have no idea what’s going on by placing a collection via TransUnion who is just as sinister to allow this Data Breach through there front door partnering to further negligence with no common sense towards simply google F&F Management this company is posted on every scam alert website and TransUnion ignores all permissible actions towards validation or verification and ignores the standards of law set by the Federal Trade Commission TransUnion continues to let linger this shameful fraudulent business and turns a blind eye allowing further wreckage to people good standing credit on there account which has no place nor legs to be there period!

I filed a complaint with the BBB. Everyone should! Maybe that will start an investigation into this company.

I did too and got this response. I went by the info on this thread. What is the correct information so I can file another complaint

I just had a guy named Jason call me from F&F Management and he gave me my SSN and my wife’s SSN and address and tried to get me to pay him 1000$ for a $1482.95 debt from 2014 before it gets reported to my credit Friday. I told him that we are not together and he said I can pay 500$ and he would remove me from the debt report and she would owe 900$ after it gets turned in Friday.

True its not the same company. It is however run by the Francos SCAM SCAM

I have not received any information from this company, then all of the sudden there is an amount in 6900+ in arrears on my credit report!

TransUnion made no changes.

Hello julie. My name is jeff and I too am a victim of identity theft. F&F claim I had an account in 2003 for a mastercard...totally BS!.
I think we should start a REDDIT page. I am also going to sue in small claims court. We need to strengthen our numbers to fight off these predators. I will start the page on Reddit.

I am flying to California next week. I plan on stopping by their so called office. Stay tuned for the report. I feel like its nothing more than a mail drop. We will know soon enough.

I got the same message.

This company should be exposed for their illegal practices, but, it goes unnoticed. How can a debt that has never been reported to transunion, neither good nor bad reports, within at least the last 10 years...all of sudden appear as a collections? This alone, for me, is a red flag. But yet still, Transunion sided with the collection agency. Absurd. If anyone chooses to peruse this, sign me up for the class action lawsuit. F and F Management needs to be stopped. As well, Transunion needs to be exposed for allowing this. [email protected]

Hey. I am with you on this fight to expose the predators chasing our hard earned money. I am starting a REDDIT page. I am also sewing them in small claims court. I want you to know that I am very series about this whole thing with F&F. They need to be held responsible for their evil deeds.

I am posting an update on the F&F Management collections that appeared on my Transunion Credit Report. I recieved a letter from Transunion a few days ago, and they removed it from my credit report and restored my credit score. It took less than a week to do the "investigation". No specific reasons were mentioned.I don't know why Transunion is deleting it from some peoples credit report but not others. It does seem like Transunion is doing some shady business.

Happened to me...making an attempt to re-age a time barred debt saying it is a new debt. Illegal. Transunion has been notified and is requesting the firm provide information on this debt. In the meantime, Transunion did not remove the collections from my account until their investigation is complete. Absurd. What is also absurd is apparently anyone can report on your transunion credit report without transunion scrutinizing over anything. For example, this mentioned debt was deemed a time barred debt by Equifax back in 2015. Having done research and scrutiny, Transunion should have known this. In my opinion, these easily reported false claims to peoples credit reports greatly undermines the credibility and accuracy of all the credit bureaus. Absurd. #staywoke
