Offer a vehicle for sale on Facebook stating they are from Indianapolis. Then said they don't actually live here and if I send money (through eBay) for the purchase of the vehicle it will be delivered. I would have 5 days to check out the vehicle and if I don't want it I can send it back. I was told the same thing from someone else about a different vehicle and they had the same story with the exact wording except one said she was divorced and the other said her husband died 4 months ago.

Scammer was listed as admin on dog facebook page and had dogs available for adoption. I reached out to the scammer regard a male dog, scammer sent me photo and contract for buying the dog. A deposit was made, scammer then took dog to vet, I was asked to pay for shots. Payment was sent to his VET?"" The next day I was told dog would be taken to transportation company even through I lived close. Once dog was at agency, I was contacted by scammer told to pay "agency" the remainder balance on what was owed. The Agency contacted me that afternoon with a tracking number, but told me they needed a thermal Kennel for the dog. It could be rented, then I would be refunded the money. I sent a messages to the scammer asking about this, got an excuse that it would be needed for the safety of the dog. The next day I received an email from Agency stating dog was on "hold" until I pay for insurance, it would be refunded by the delivery person. If I refused to pay for the insurance I could be charged with Abuse and Abandonment, serving 25 years in prison. I messaged the breeder again, scammer told me he would pay 1/2 but that I needed to get this dog moving. I told Scammer I was done and not putting out any more money. The only response the scammer had at that time was "Then you can deal with the agency." I have since discovered other Facebook accounts with different names but same photos of him and his family. The original Facebook pages has been taken down, this scammer also has used 2 different email accounts

It was a deal for 5 men’s shirts for $30. I paid for it, only received a PayPal receipt but never an email from the company or shipping information. I waited a few weeks since I looked up it was from China but never received it. I have replied to the email a couple of times and was told they would issue a refund but I haven’t received that either.

Dianne Trinidad has a beauty salon where she teaches eyebrow tattoo classes. She promotes her self on social

Media and has a lot of pictures of the classes and her work. I contacted her about a training she was very responsive and requested a $500 deposit to be able to book the days for the class, I sent the $500 via zelle as she asked me to and after receiving the money she stop responding she would respond vaguely and a week before the accorded date of the training she just stop responding to my text messwgses. I had taken the time off work to take this class not only did I lose $500 but also two days of unpaid work. I will attached all the screenshots of the conversation. This is upsetting and not fair at all. She shouldn’t be doing this to people.

Scammer claimed to be a Russian Blue Cat Breeder on FB. I contacted via FB message

We did all communication via text

He gave me info on price of cat and price and for extra $80, it would be delivered.

I was to Zelle the down payment to him $350 plus $80 delivery fee. I did this this on 11/28 in Eve. He said he’d get paperwork started and I would hear from him. This morning, he texted and said I would be getting contacted by the delivery service with further info. I then got text from delivery guy. He confirmed my address and gave me time that cat would be delivered. A little later I get another text from same person that there was a glitch and the cat was not insured for transit; I was directed to send them $880 for insurance fee and it would be refunded when cat was delivered; driver would refund me in cash? I thought this was fishy and texted (and tried to phone) the seller - he said he would contact delivery people to find out why? I told seller and delivery man I was not going to send $880 when it was not discussed initially. I now suspected this was a scam and told them this. Both denied and showed pictures of a cat in a crate, with supposed “paperwork” to prove it was legit. The invoice had a date on it: feb 2022 and the cat was male and I purchased a female? Then after 2 hours of back and forth with both parties I told him I wanted my money refunded and he said he could not because he already sent it to “the agency”

I told him I was going to report his scam operation to ScamPulse.com and FaceBook

I contacted my bank so they can file a complaint with Zelle

I about the $430 and have no cat. Oh, and when I would not send the delivery man the $880 he said he was going to take the cat to an Animal Shelter
