February 2.2024 ordered from Facebook cleaner. Item cost 19 plus cents. Never received review of the order but went directly to PayPal account in the amount of $44.41. I contacted PayPal and was instructed to cancel the order which was done within 10 minutes. Company did not cancel but sent the order to an address other than the one used for delivery. The order was declined ant that address and returned to the sender by FedX. . I have the proof from FedX. I reported this to PayPal but they believe the item was shipped due to the tracking number the company submitted. This tracking number is the number where the item was declined and FedX returned it to the sender. I have submitted that information to PayPal but have not received a refund.

I ordered some shirts from a Facebook ad from “Love in Faith” they sent a ring and not the items ordered. Corresponded with many different emails promising to reship the items. Never saw the items or money.

I found this reptile breeder through a facebook page. He said he had the species I was looking for and that the charge was 130. I attempted to pay through cashapp and it bounced and then I paid through Zelle. He said he would send tracking information and didn’t. Then I got an email that was shady asking for me to pay a further 150 dollars that would be refunded via cash. I said that was a scam and would not be giving more money. He acted like he didn’t know anything and then kept repeating the reptile would be fine (in freezing temperatures). He said his other clients were more understanding and that he would raise money and I would pay him back. I said absolutely not. I have not gotten the reptile nor have I gotten a refund.

Scammer approached me on Messenger thru facebook & pretended to be a person from my contact list. Told me about a govt oganization that received grant money to give to individuals, seniors, businesses etc. Email your request to Agent Phillips Smith. Once done they ask u to email them your full name, address, credit score, DOB ,occupation, monthly income,& email address. Once done they requst a clear pic of your driver licecense or ID front and back to confirm your citizenship. ( i never did this part) I told them they were trying to scam me and I was reporting to the police. They got very angry told me never use word SCAM there again. And asked if i was mocking the govt organization They gave me the phone # and said it was text line only. For me to use that to confirm if real or not. They got offline once i told them i was waiting for police to arrive.

A few other women and I attempted to purchase resale tickets to a sold out Galentines Day brunch in St. Louis. ******* **** ****** on Facebook said she had some available. She instructed me to send money via Facebook pay and claimed it didn’t go through. Unfamiliar with the service, I believed her and sent money via Venmo instead . I double paid and never received the tickets . Other women advised of similar experiences.

I received an inbox Messenger service from Facebook. Stating that it was from my friend. I telling me that David got a grant money from this person and to apply myself. Which I did and brought the gift card? And that's how I got scam. And they continue to ask for more money, but I didn't pay anymore.

Facebook friend of a friend was offering Taylor Swift tickets. When Zelle denied the transaction with not specific reason given, ApplePay was tried and information was immediately flagged as being a potential fraud.

When the seller was asked to answer a simple question about their mutual "friend" no answer was given. This finally raised enough red flags that no funds exchanged hands and the deal was cancelled, immediately.

seen the advertisement on facebook page when i went to the website to purchase it had macafee safe process was suppose to send me confirmed email for purchase and track shipping the advertisement said 7 10 day shipment. I waited 2 day for confirm email never recieved it found info on bankstatement and sent them email inquiring about purchase they said was error on there part and then procede to tell me they were rushing my order but since it was coming from china could be delayed by customs. They gave me tracking number i watched it move about every 2 days for total of 20 days to new location when it got thru customs and was on the way to my state it took 4 days then showed it was being delived to my city where it stayed there for 4 days then said out for delivery and never showed up. told them they responded that it was delivered but would give back money in 5 days it has been 10 and still not in my acct. Just all around bad cause it was suppose to be US business not china.

I ordered and paid for a valentine's gift and wanted it shipped to oregon. Tracking service was a joke. No updates at all, no website to visit. When i looked up the shipping statues on shop it said it was delivered to los angles california on feb 18th. When i tried to contact customer service there was no way to.do so.

I read reviews and thought this was a business, until I after they took my money and then messages just kept coming up that it was a scam. I tried to contact them but there is nothing on the site just very vanilla. I work so hard and I am starting a small business and thought this tool would be amazing. The reviews were great. I just get how this can happen.

On January 1 I ran across a add on Facebook and it was sponsored by Fashion Nova. The company name was ItinErade they were having a sale and I ordered ten pair of pants that came out to be 40 plus taxes. After order a week later i contacted the company via Facebook for a update because I havent recieved a tracking number and they never responded. They finally reached out after three or four days. So everytime after that i contact them and ask them why havent my order been shipped out and as soon as I ask they update the tracking information. Fast forward February 16 its showing the package has been delivered and it has not been received.
