In a Nutshell: A family member texted me this morning through Messenger and told me about the Federal Grant IDA program, and that she had success in the process and gave me the Link which I have listed. The link brought me to the site {I am still getting directions on messenger from my family member} and she told me to just download the Application called Signal to fill out the form as she had done. Very smoothly directing me like it was really her. As I was with the "agent" Smith Moore, they had a federal grant form, and we proceeded to fill out the application. I was eventually approved {I'm embarrassed to say this included a copy of my California drivers license}. The name Lacey Lawler was also used as a fake "agent". During this process I was continually checking with my family member on messenger on my cell phone, to see how she proceeded when she filled out her form. It wasn't her at all though!!!! I went on high alert when the "agent" showed me the form for the "grant amount" that were various amounts of grant money and the taxes you would first pay before "delivery" of the funds the next day. There was a sense of urgency about it, and you had to pick an amount right away and pay them through either Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle, Bitcoin or...Gift Cards! I immediately uninstalled the Signal App and called my family member on my land-line and she said it was never her talking to me and her facebook must have gotten hacked! Here are last IDA grant details they gave me, which are all garbage but perhaps it will help? Number: FB-115-1031, Ref#: 997478567, Batch#: 9056499602/333, Winning no: FB8801/LPCR, Ticket Number: 85430200-07024570040, Serial number: 7750551111 They asked for me to write these numbers down in a safe place and keep them strictly out of public notice until the grant money was processed and received.

Ordered an ice maker from a Facebook ad. Never arrived. Several emails to business with excuses that the item was shipped but was lost in transit. Tracking number never worked. Was told the item was delivered to Florida. I live in California. Buyer beware. Lots of fake ads on Facebook. Should be called Facebook

On November 25, 2023, I purchased, what I thought was 1 Bottle of Slim Fusion ACK Keto Gummies for $35.00. What I received was 5 Bottles and was charged $238.54. I contacted the company, Slim Fusion via email and was told I would get a Full Refund if I sent the product back to them. I sent back the 5 (unopened) bottles in the original packaging to the address given. Slim Fusion did receive the return. Since then I have not received a Full Refund, I have not received a refund at all! The first said the refund to my card was not successful, then they told me they would send me an E-Check which I never received. They have since insisted that they sent E-Check and we just keep going around and around! I am turning to you now because I do not believe they should get away with this and.... How many other people have they done this to? Please help.

paid $42.99 for a table board game on Dec 17th 2023. I have emailed them several times. I had a tracking number that showed deliverded to Puerto rico... I emailed them again and they said that another one would be shipped under the same tracking number. At that point I knew i had been scammed. I have emailed them many times with the same outcome. They are reshipping. I have now emailed them and said i have reported them to the BBB. i know i lost my money and I should have been more careful. i just wanted to report it so it doesn't happen to someone else

I had ordered what thought was one bottle for about $39. when I saw the amount charged to my credit/debit card, I freaked out! I called them to stop the order and cancel it but the agent said since it was already out for delivery they couldn't stop it. (that's a lie by the way. I know they can ) Anyway, the agent said I would have to wait till it was delivered and send it back and then I would get my refund. they received the pkg on 3/13/24. it is now 3/20 and still no refund. I had tried to call them but every time I got an agent, As soon as I mentioned a refund I was disconnected. So I emailed and told them at [email protected] and told them if I didn't receive my refund by the 20th I would report them to the ScamPulse.com and contact Law enforcement. Which I will do.

This woman named Rakendra Tashae is claiming she can provide max refunds and get you more money on your taxes, she promotes all on her Facebook and Instagram, we contacted in Facebook and she had me download an app called TaxesToGo, i sent all my documents and social security to her through the app, she claims I am to get about $12K back and takes $5K out for her fees leaving me with $7K tax refund for me, I filed with her January 14 and kept waiting to get approval from IRS, but instead I get a letter in the mail end of February saying I owe IRS money and will not get a refund, I reached out to IRS they advised there was a lot of errors on my taxes and that she put I owe them $14K, I reached out to Rakendra to assist me with this to get it straightened out but she disregarded me and stated the IRS always misinforms people and that she is correct she did everything right. She did not care about my situation and I have text screenshot proof showing her saying this to me as a response when I reached out for her help! I had to go to H&R Block to amend my taxes which caused me to lose $350 for them to fix her mistakes when I could’ve done it for free on TurboTax if this lady didn’t lie to me. She has messed up my taxes when I look forward to this money every year and now I won’t receive an update until 4 months from now, it’s very ridiculous this stress she put on my life and she has mine and my daughter’s social security numbers, she’s still promoting her services all over talking about max refunds, please help me with this

Found Lauren on facebook through her posting toothpaste products and using a person I knew name saying they were friends so I purchased 5 tubes and paid $25.00 by invoice she sent me on messenger. This was in August of 22. Never received product or refund, just a bunch of empty promises and lies.

Lanette Hill had posted items she was selling on Facebook. I spoke with her on messenger about buying a treadmill and a dog kennel, which she priced 350 for both but required a 200 deposit to hold the items. I sent the deposit through Zelle. She texted that she had received the money and balance would need to be paid at time of delivery which was supposed to be on 3-07-24, When items were not delivered as expected, I messaged her and told her that I would pick up items at which time she replied with address of temple Kirby whitten parkway, Bartlett Tn in Memphis. I explained that I was under the impression that she lived in Jackson Tn and that I was no longer interested in the items and would like a refund. She told me that she would deliver to me again on the next day if I still wanted the things. I decided to take her up on the offer a 2nd time and did not receive any thing. I demanded a refund and was given the runaround. Needless to say I never got refunded or the merchandise.

Order from a site that said they sold Judy Blue jeans on 2.27.2024. They supposedly shipped and showed delivered to my address on 3.8.2024. I never received. I contacted them at their required email address, [email protected]. They told me they would resend and now they say it was delivered again but yet no package. They are only willing to refund 70% of my money. I see online that one other person is having this issue right now as well. This is not a legit Judy Blue company.

We hired someone that was advertising for car detailing for the inside and outside promotion on our Facebook neighborhood page, multiple people scheduled with this person. The day comes that they are supposed to clean the car and they were on time and “cleaned the car” but failed to actually clean anything. We have them on camera doing the bare minimum and our car is not cleaned whatsoever
