My aunt was looking for a Doberman puppy. She found a website for a breeder from FamilyPuppiesForSale.com and attempted to buy the puppy. The scammer attempted to insist on unsecure methods of pay (CashApp). She was able to convince them to do PayPal. They kept trying to ask for more money to ship. They provided a fake shipping website as well as someone that shipped only cats and a vet that was located in Colorado. They also provided pictures and videos of dogs that did not totally match the original dog or was obviously taken from someone online. They also included an AI image of one of the Doberman puppies that had my aunt's name and the current date as "proof".
