Flexible Medical Solutions, located at 2514 Hollywood Blvd Ste 101, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA, billed Medicare for services I never received. I found this out upon review of my medicare electronic summary notice. Medicare did not approve any of the charges, but I called Medicare and filed a fraud claim to report the company. As they billed Medicare, I can only assume they obtained my Medicare number illegally somehow.
