I placed an order for a legacy belt through the NFL site on facebook on November 22, 2023. I have all the emails from them stating my order was delivered than another stating the item was shipped back to China and another stating the order was delivered again. I call the NFL shop and talk to a lady named AMIR and would not give me her last name. I gave her all the info and she said she did not see that tracking number. I ask numerous times to speak to a supervisor and no one came to the phone. I saw on the NFL facebook site that many people have had the same issue and they are scammers. I call another number and asked to speak to a supervisor and got hung up on. I know its not alot of money, but these people need to be stopped. They are scammers.

I was looking around for a few days to buy some Taylor Swift merchandise. At some point, I guess, I got redirected to a fake identical website. I had been back and forth between my laptop and phone, but in the end made that purchase from my laptop. Everything I purchased I have confirmed is available on the official website. When I got the email with my order number it immediately looked OFF. The return email addresses looked suspicious, the sign off is generic, and there is no contact information. I also have never received the tracking email they said I'd get 3 days ago. When you click on one of the addresses it has in the email (https://www.taylorswiftsmerch.com/) it takes you to a jewelry site.

They used these phrases in the email:

[email protected]

Please reply to this email should you need any help on the order,

I Purchased two dolls for $99. This person charged my charge card $107 and the charge was made under a shoe company’s name not the company that I purchased from. They said that they sent an email showing the purchase, but it never arrived. Luckily I did a screenshot of the transaction.

I’ve had to block two unknown, unsolicited charges by phantom “vendors”. They keep trying to charge me in different amounts: 24.99, 34.99, 49.99, 66.97 and now some “vender” with the name “Vitalextremeviablesyst” tried to charge me 49.99. This is ridiculous. All because I was trying to get a toolkit fit my dad for Christmas. And there was no mention of additional charges of any kind because I looked at any details of the website. And now you can’t even access the website digitalsaverzone.com. It’s like it never existed.

The website changes from Lurenon to Lorraine; and has the exact pictures from other boutiques (Queen of Sparkle products) but with the models heads cut off. The prices are signifigantly different, as to lure customers into thinking the products are the same but at a lower price

I ordered three shapewear body suits after seeing numerous ads on facebook. I paid with my credit card, and received the order confirmation email. That was all the contact I had received. After ten days of nothing, I checked the account with them and the status read as "paid" but shipping was "unfulfilled". I emailed asking about it, and was told that it was already shipped and they didn’t know why the carrier didn’t update a tracking number or the account status. I waited a few more days and still got no where. My gut told me to go through my credit card and file a dispute claim. Once I did, I received an email four hours later with a tracking number. The tracking number had NO information tied to it until another four days later. It still says something about arriving at carrier facility. Thankfully my CC has reimbursed me, but after readjng all of the reviews on other websites, this is clearly a scam and a lot of people have lost money.

The product is being presented as a color correcting skin cosmetic, to get rid of red blotchiness on the face, and even out skin tone. It is $60 for a very small bottle.

Total scam and fraud! It is not a color corrector. It is not foundation/makeup. This crap is zinc oxide - a heavy white sun screen!! They put it in diaper cream. You can get the zinc oxide sunscreen for a fraction of the cost of this! All it does is turn your face white, like clown makeup.

website that offers printheads, toner cartridges, etc. Account created, product ordered, "company" sent wiring instructions to be followed by shipping details. After payment received, communication stopped. No product received. No answer after repeated attempts to email. Emailed from new account to ask question about another product. Company responded so I know the email works. They are just ignoring my inquiries and refusing to refund money.

I ordered a portable ice machine online for 40 in June of 2023. It never came. I've emailed the company several times. They told me it was delivered to my mailbox. They delivered it to an address in California. Once they had the right address the claimed it was redelivered. It never came. They're telling me it was delivered again. I never received anything. I asked for a refund. They still saying it's on the way.

I ordered a blouse from Wunu.com from a Facebook advertisement. It came in a white bag with no paperwork inside or any tags on the product. The blouse was not at all like the advertisement. Instead of being free flowing it was like spandex and very tight. I paid $51.99 including tax and shipping for this. The return label on the bag was “Joe Doe Jamaica NY” It was advertised as made in South Carolina but under the label with my address was a label with all Chinese writing on it. The label also said the product had a value of $23.00. Tonight this company is contacting me via text to ask if I was happy with the product and I stated absolutely not. They offered me $5.00 and to keep the blouse. I said no that I wanted a total reimbursement. They then offered me $15.00 and to keep the blouse and again I said no!

I saw an add on tick tok shop. Felt compelled enough to attempt my first transaction and buy a pir of pants. The process seemed fairly seemless, i did recieve however a text from my bank to make sure i was the one attempting the purchases. I think because it was throigh tick tok. I got a confirmation email with a order number. 2 weeks later still nothing from the company, i emailed them and received a generic email about a stall in shipping and basically be patient. I emailed back asking for a refund and a contact phone number to which they said they would refund but it will take 7 to 14 business days and they only have an email, no phone number.
