Scammer advertises on Facebook that they ship goods in 7-10 business days. They also state that their product is authentic and they will give a refund within 30 days. I was able to confirm with 2 actual people who received their orders but confirmed that it did take a while to receive. I was provided a tracking number but it was wrong and they later shipped an item to Peurto Rico instead of to me. The merchant later confirmed that they shipped the item to the wrong address. They tried to beg me to keep the order and when I asked for a refund they couldn’t specify a date I would receive it. All they could say was “as soon as possible.”

It came up as an ad on Snapchat claiming to have a cologne women would love to smell. A pheromone cologne for males. They were only charging shipping and handling and supposedly would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. It’s been over 2 months and all I receive from customer support is the same worded emails saying the product was on back order and will ship next week. SCAM!

I ordered a dress from KLNYU.com. I didn’t expect a whole lot in quality due to the price, but I did expect the dress to fit as I followed their measurements on the website. I ordered from them because they claimed to be from South Carolina and claimed they had a 30 day return policy. The dress arrived 14 days later (suspicious) with a return address in Indiana. The dress was at least three sizes too small! I contacted KLYNU through their customer service email and requested return instructions. They asked if they could refund 8.00 and I could keep the dress. I wrote back that was unacceptable and that they would give me 15 but I would have to pay for return shipping….but haven’t said return to where. I wrote back again and told them I want a full refund. I have not heard back, nor have they resolved the issue. I suspect like everyone else that this is scam and these dresses are actually made and shipped from china.

My mom purchased 3 dresses. They were poor quality and did not fit. There is no address to return them to, only and email and an international phone # that does not work. We want to return the items with a full refund and do not want to pay for shipping. My mom is elderly and she was preyed upon.

I saw the website and ordered the items. I paid with my card, and waited for the items to be delivered. It didn't state that the items were to be coming from out of the country until I went to the website to track my order. Tracking number and tracking website was provided by company. When items never arrived I emailed the company at [email protected]. A person emailed me back and said they reached out and assured me that my order was on the way and they were sorry for the issues. The order still never came. I went to the tracking website again and it showed that it went through all of the arrival points from there all the way to the united States and to a post office near me. Went to the post office and they explained the package order number is not a number they even use for shipping. I emailed them again and was responded by made up responding name which said they tried to reach out to their company about the order and they haven't received a response from them which is not what they said in the previous email. I haven't heard anything else since.

I ordered a pair sneaker from this company by the name of "Cottononbaby". Upon receiving the product, I realized that the product was a counterfeit, and its authenticity was not of good quality. I immediately contacted the company requesting to return the item and get refunded. I have received two emails from two different individuals on behalf of the company requesting me to return the item in manners that contradict their return policy, according to their website. I replied to their emails enquiring about their website return policy and since then i have been left in the dark with no reply.

The company I ordered from I paid for express shipping , unfortunately they “lost” my package 4x on the way , and I was given 5 tracking numbers . I started getting worried after not being able to find the package tracking when sent and checked reviews again to find hundreds of reviews of people not receiving any product they ordered nor a refund for not receiving said product.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts and necklace from the cashmeretribe.com on October 1st, this year. During tracking my package my package went from Finland to USA customs no problem. Then it got stuck in Portland. On November 2nd I contacted the seller and was told package is on the way and be patient. Shortly After that, I contacted PayPal and they contacted the seller asking for proof of package being on its way. The cashmeretribe send me message with a brand new tracking, which had Los Angeles as a last location where label was made on October 15th. I then contacted USPS and was told that even though label was created online package never made it to the Post Office. I immediately contacted PayPal and based on the fact that seller did not prove that package is in transit since October 15th they refunded me everything I paid and canceled the order. There are a lot of people that have been scammed by this company. You can see all of their comments under their Facebook page Cashemeretribe. Please help to stop this company to take advantage of honest consumers.

Buyers beware!!!!

REJOICINGWELL....

Rec’d email on PC, closing store soon, can’t afford business rent.

Last day 49% off birds stain window panel. Looked great! Ordered small set and two days later informed shipped. Supplied tracking number. After a week I looked up shipping progress and stated in Ireland Customs. A week later still in same location. Contacted vendor and a day later they gave me an update. Now shipping out of China. Informed vendor I did not want the item from China. No response, received item 5 days later from California.

They are scammers. Yes, the have products, but not made in USA(sorry-made in China) as stated. They actually faked shipping out of England/Ireland when it came from China. I purchased Stain Glass hanging birds and it was manufactured plastic. The would not honor a request for refund.. Reason: 'we don't issue refunds because you don't like it'.
