My wife placed a one time order for CBD Gummies for $39.99 on 3/15/22 and has since received an additional order of 6 bottles for $259.99 for which she did not request. I have tried calling the customer Service number but was unable to get through because the Phone is disconnected.

I want this money returned to my account. I didn’t realize the extent of this scam until I entered this site. After contacting customer service, much yelling and screaming, because they couldn't answer the first question: what proof do you have that I ordered this? They had none, and kept going into loops of conversation, as they are trained. The poor kid on the other line, did tell me he's used to all the yelling and swearing. I didn't swear, but told him, that this will get resolved today, insisted on speaking to a manager, 12 times, inhigh volume, finally another voice appeared, also foreign accent, difficult to understand, and they claim they will refund, once package is received, I highly doubt it, this company is the epitome of scam, and serious ramifications and consequences should result in jail time. I hope that we stay persistent and get to the bottom of this, let the news do the investigation. I'm thinking of calling news stations today, to see if anyone is interested in this scam, especially when the CBD drops are extremely popular for sleep. This is elder abuse, as well, when they rob from poor , unsuspecting, senior citizens on a fixed income. Downright evil, and given the full internet highway to scam and receive thousands of dollars daily, for crap, the stuff literally stinks, smell it inside the bottle. To me, it smells like some kind of feces, exactly representative, of this Fun Drops! They are having fun, while they drop your bank account! Not so much fun for us! I want to call the news about this Misery, on our end, while they line their pockets and have fun, at our expense! Big thieves, and bullies, all done under the guise of helping people! Puh-leeeeze!

Ordered one time, and they didn’t work. Canceled but they keep sending them and taking it out of my account. I return them unopened but they continue to send them and charging me for them. A CBD GUMMY misleading product and they also have a dirty tricks advertising and ordering system. FUN DROPS CBD GUMMIES is awful. Because:

1. Only 10 mg of a Cannabinoid in their gummies

2. Once done ordering their advertisement on their page can hoodwink you into ordering more bottles with no button to cancel.

They only have 10 mg Cannabinoid in the Gummies and by the time you check out of their advertisement, you have purchased $250 worth of plain gummy bears. I am usually wise to scams but clicking on a button at their website online and the inability to cancel the order got me. I called my bank and complained and not to pay. Was told if I didn’t receive the product then call them. I wrote a note to Fun Drops to cancel the order but didn’t hear from them until the day after I received the order. They stated I could call them with the bank representative on the other phone before they would refund anything.

To top it off, 10 mg? Most CBD oil from a reputable distributor contain 500-1000 mg of CBD oil in the bottle. And, they would refund in a second and they deliver free of charge if amount is over $100 and the next day. 10 mg would not help with pain for an ant, even with vitamin fillers.

Please do something about this company for their falsehoods or hoodwinking. That is the last company I ever buy from out of the realm of Amazon. At least Amazon says their sorry, refund your money or send you something else or credit you…but they don’t hoodwink.

I received a charge on my Mastercard for $199.99 from a company called Fun Drops. I never placed this order and looked the name up on the internet which is how I got here.

After reading all the reports on this website, I called the telephone # 914-580-9398. This was answered by a man named Justin who, before helping me, insisted that I give him my email, telephone and address so he could look up my order. I didn’t make an order, send an email or receive an email from this company. I am a little worried how they got my card number.

I was able to get another telephone number for them which is ; 1-866-424-0613. I told him I never received a package, just a charge on my credit card and wanted to know why and what to do? He used my information (yes, I gave it to him!) to look up my account. He said that the package was tracked to arrive at my post office box on 25 April 2022, which is in 2 days. Why didn’t the company send me a tracking number if they said I made this order on 17 April 2022?

I told him that when I go to the Post Office and the package is there, I will send it back right away that day. He said that before I send it, I would have to call in again to get an RMA number. I agreed but said that I needed the address right now. Here is what he gave me:

I thought I was ordering 1 bottle of gummies and I oil. They charged me 200. and some dollars. They are sneakie and don't give you the total until you use your card. There is no way I want a auto ship if the gummies work I would order more. If it really works They don't have to scam. I was sitting in emergency with my husband and just wanted to try it. I wrote them right back and told them we are seniors on limited income. I don't think they care. I will never order off Facebook ever.

On Sat. 2/26/22 I placed an order with Fun Drops. ($259.99) I immediately sent an email to cancel the order. When I didn't get a reply I called them the following Mon. 2/28 morning to be sure they got my email to cancel. I was informed at that time the only way to cancel was by phone and the order was already shipped. When the package came I did not open it. I affixed the RMA # they gave me and immediately returned to the post office. As of 4/20/22 I still had not received a refund, so I called customer service. They said they would do a refund, but when I got the email of the refund it is only $149.99. I called back to find out why such a difference and was told there was a $70.00 restocking fee plus paying a sanitizing fee. The package was never opened let alone the product inside. That is a $110.00 less than what I paid. This company is an absolute rip off. Mary Kirkpatrick
