December 2022 while vacationing in San Jose Cabo we were approached by a gentleman by the name of Eddie driving a red Mustang. He took us to an office up the road and introduced to alfred. Come to find out everything in regards to research with all the information we were provided this company is a complete scam. The phone number(213) 436-0069 was the only Association that I could find that prove that this was a scam. We were promised travel throughout the world with 1.8 million points. We have yet to receive any replies. They guaranteed a $45,000 payout for our current timeshare through Cabo Azul with Diamond Resorts now hilton.

December 2022 we were duped into buying into this program. But they went under the name Innvictus. We were promised 1.8 million points and travel throughout the world. They had us give them cash and the amounts of $900 furthermore they have charged us $7,500. As of yet we have to receive a reply. All of the numbers and contacts are invalid as well. It was only by chance that I looked up this number that I was followed up to this website.

The people who work for this group are very good, very responsible and kind, which is the best of all! They helped me book flights for al my family in addition to advising me a whole lot of activities to have the best vacations.

It is accessible and really good! Everyone was so happy!

I had certain complication when trying to contact this company, they were working on their website and lines but they did an amazing job helping me out. I understand nobody wants to give out money but there are some fees we will always have ton pay!

We purchased a travel vacation plan, while vacationing in San Jose de Cabo San Lucas Mexico in May of 2022. Called Galaxy Premier club. Sale person name Alfred M (213) 370-2944 and (213) 478-1844.
We put down a deposit of $7,850 and Galaxy Premier club was to arrange to broke the sale of my existing vacation club for $57,000 and then we would own $11,000 for access to the club. Then we were contacted from Creekwood Trust to broker the selling of our "Lifestyle holiday vacation club" which we paid $7,100 to and told it would be refunded to us upon the selling of our time share. After this we were told that because Lifestyle vacation club Mexican business that we would have to pay taxes of $3,150 to the Mexican IRS. We refused to pay the taxed and asked both Galaxy premier club and Creekwood trust for refunds.
Since then we have made over 50 attempts to contact both companies by email and phone with no response.
This is a very elaborate, well orchestrated SCAM.
We are out now $15,000. Please do not buy into this.

My contract stated that I would be used beginning December 2021 for travel Log in Galaxy Premier Club. After payment for activate membership they will provide a password. for us to use.
I put $300 down as Gifts during promotion in Sept 18/ 2021. Membership activation cost $1125 via wire transfer Sept 24 2021.
After several phone calls and emails to persons name Linda Miles; Maria; Vanesa Roman. Password was provided after several weeks but never can gain access login Galaxy Premier Club. After few weeks We felt something is not right and requested for full refund Which clearly stated in the contract full refund after 3 years. They sent a copy of Settlement Agreement to sign for termination the contract suppose refund in 30 days. Each time I contact there was always an excuse as why they had issued with Mexican bank. Final contact was Banco Santander Mexico requested additional $530 to complete transaction. Also, no responses to several calls and frequent hang ups. This is SCAM. Please people be aware of this company. They will take your deposit and then want to change the contract, and request more money from you. The contract will state refund all monies if not close on a certain day. However, if refuse to pay them more money, they are refusing to give you back your money. I will be going to social media, the news and hiring a lawyer to get my money back. In addition, I will contact all the other times shares around Los Cabos so they can warn people who are staying at their resort about Galaxy Premier Club. We are living in different times. You all may gave scam me, but I will try my best or make it my mission to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Mi esposo y yo nos encontrábamos disfrutando de unas vacaciones por nuestro aniversario de bodas y después de varios intentos de las personas que trabajan con el señor Alfredo Zatarain con el número de teléfono +1 (213) 436-0069 según el perteneciente a la ciudad de San Diego y según el que es ciudadano americano cuando lo que es,es un completo mentiroso y ladrón, pues después que las personas que tiene trabajando con él en la calle constantemente está asediando al turismo, que no te dejan caminar a cada paso te encuentras con uno de ellos, se bajan de los carros que parece que te van a asaltar con miles de propuestas y miles de opciones te llevan a una oficina donde te hacen pagar una X cantidad de dinero, te dan a firmar unos papeles que luego te das cuenta que son falsos porque a llegar a tu país y pasar el tiempo correspondiente,sencillamente este señor ni te contesta el teléfono ni te responde los e-mails, es un completo fraude, dónde supongo que haya más personas participando porque este señor tiene hasta un Website.
yo alerto a las autoridades mexicanas de Los Cabos,que hagan algo al respecto porque esta ciudad es netamente turística y sería muy penoso que por dos, o tres, o 10 personas inescrupulosas la ciudad sufriera una baja de turismo,verdaderamente su ciudad está muy bonita y no es justo que por personas incapaces y ladronas, Los turistas queremos tan desencantados como lo estamos mi esposo y yo

I am experiencing the same problem. In an attempt to have Galaxy refund my $15000 they are asking for $2700 additional. Do I send them the money in hopes they will refund my money?

I purchased a travel vacation plan , while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Called Galaxy Premier club.
My contract stated that I would be issued 1,800,000 points per year beginning Jan 2022 , that could be used for travel thru thier website.
I put $4000 down on a credit card in Mid Nov 2021 and was to be issued a log on by Dec 1 2021. Full payment was required via wire transfer prior to Jan 11-22 at which time they were to issue the points. Full payment was made.
After several phone calls and emails they did NOT issue the log on or points. They requested an additional $1500 for an activation fee. Which was not stated in the contract. The activation fee that was listed in the contract and clarified by the seller was indicated by CC ie closing cost and listed as $950 which was paid. The salesman paid an additional $750 to get the account activated. Each time I called there was always an excuse as to why they hadn't issued the log on or points. Also no responses to several emails and frequent hang ups when I called. I eventually requested a refund and per the contract am entitled to a full refund with in the first 3 years for any reason. I have yet to recieve a refund or a follow up call. They did NOT abide by the contract and repeatedly added ie 30 day wait after payment in full - additional activation fee etc. Complet SCAM.

We're going through the same scenario after purchasing the package in Cabo on 2/18/2022. looking at the positive reviews below, they appear to be fake reviews generated by people associated with Galaxy Premier Club. This is absolutely a scam!

We are already in the season of festivities and my family and I are ready to go to enjoy Christmas.

This company is incredible, I found just what I needed and more. It is accessible and at a very good price, I found a good service is Galaxy Premier Club.

Where did you purchase your membership? Did you have to pay an activation fee in addition to the original cost of your vacation package?

Complete Scam! They did not follow thru with issuing me points or a log on! Always had an excuse!.And have NOT refunded my $ with their guaranteed refund for any reason.!

Reservation confirmed! I just got my email with my three week reservation on a cruise that looks gorgeous. I can't wait to live this adventure.

The process was easy and cerooo complicated, the packages are very good and need nothing more; Just one thing and i believe this is to any kind of vacation plan; remember to do this well in advance of the date you want to travel.

I am very happy to read that more people were able to enjoy this as much as I did.

I needed a good vacation and after a few years i finally could. So far this year has been amazing, i made some extra money and travel to another country.

Impeccable, excelent and highly recommended.

Asking for information was so easy, in a matter of days someone contacted me and resolved all my doubts, I was able to program everything to perfection and nothing went wrong. I certainly hope to be able to travel with Galaxy P Club many times and more often.

I had a very different experience. I got hung up on several times, call dropped, no answer, No response to emails, no follow thru to issue log on and points. always an excuse, no follow up on refund request.

This is exactly what happend with me. The team is very friendly!

I just got back from my vacation, and all i have to say is that IT'S AMAZING.
i had fun, i lived in a dream for 4 weeks. Perfect customer service, perfect attention, the instalation was impecable.

There is not a single bad thing i can say about Galaxy Premier Club. I highly recomend it and for sure will be traveling more with them.

So, I just graduated from school a year ago and due to the pandemic that is being experienced and all the security measures that were being taken, I obviously did not have a graduation.

Fortunately... this year things are going much better so along with my friends we started looking for a good way to celebrate in bigggg and have fun, a party no longer sounded empting but a cruise did.

We contacted GP by mail and then a couple of calls for estimates and availability, we thought it would be something complicated or that there would not be room for everyone but there we go 13 graduates traveling across the Atlantic to Europe.

The staff was amazing, the views and the experience unforgettable. Accessible, fast and safe, I couldn't ask for anything more, I definitely recommend it to all those who dream of traveling the world or just enjoy a good vacation.

My vacations had always been to Mexico and although I love it, I wanted to know more places around the world.

My neighbor recommended this company to me and I am very happy that he did; It was very easy to get in touch and plan my vacation.
I will finally be able to see the world and on a cruise full of comforts and luxuries at an affordable price, I am ready to travel with galaxy club!

They just confirmed my reservation for November.
The packages are great, all included to pamper myself with my friends ! The attention was very nice. They had no problem solving our doubts and recommending the best for this trip.

Last year a friend recommended this company to me, I was looking for a cruise to London for my daughter's graduation. I have never trusted these types of sites on the internet but there were few options so I decided to contact them.

Everything was fast and from the comfort of my home, they gave me a list of options and a variety of very attractive packages.
We had a wonderful summer, I totally recommended Galaxy Prem Club!
