Thought I was ordering summer clothes from JCPENNEY, Not sure how ganggang.com impose on JCPenney’s website. Used bank credit card. It’s been 40 days without getting the product. Meanwhile every effort to cancel order, return refund, check status of order has been derailed with multiple emails from help@ganggang to prolong the process. My bank suggested I work with Merchant first to correct. It was only than I realized I am being scammed. So I am late to the party for stopping a weekly payment of $9.99 to Packy tracking company, which may be part of the scam. As of today June 17, 2025 Packy tracking stated delivered at a zip cord I do not recognize.

I ordered clothes from a site and I never got them it gave me a tracking number and everything now it wont let me see anything about my order and I can't even find it in my email anymore either.

Ganggang used targeted Facebook ads claiming to be a clothed reseller due to a relationship with JC Penney. Every online message board is filled with similar stories

The post was identified as JC Penny's. I ordered several items, that were never received. Money was taken from my credit card.

An ad appeared on Instagram for JCPenney sale. It looked legit, and I made a purchase for several clothing items. Two weeks later, I received an email stating my order had been shipped and it listed the items but didn't show the total amount. I've been emailing them ever since asking them for a status, and a refund. They have now changed their JCPenney website to https://ganggang.shop/?source=email&orderNumberFromEmail=241121222731471&...⇄ a different brand. I've noticed monthly charges from the same number sequence on my checking account banking statements. There is a possibility that their may be more funds withdrawn by them.

A JCPenney ad scrolled across my Instagram. It said they were having a friend and family sale and that everything in the store was $2.99 or less.. I put together a decent order and was very excited and each time I reached a certain dollar amount it would say oh you’ve got another 10% off oh you’ve got another 20% off then it charged me shipping and insurance for the shipping and the whole time I truly believe I’m on JCPenney website then after I make the purchase, I’m looking on there to see what their phone number is because I didn’t know when to expect the order. They did not have a phone number.

I then went to my bank and looked for the JCPenney order, and there wasn’t a charge a for JCPenney but there was to a company called shevfetsivecomstore.There was a previous attempt from another strange company vfffshopclothfashionmalls but that one did not go through. Right about then a confirmation comes by email from a company called GangGang.info and is thanking me for my order and now I’m totally confused because at this exact moment, I do not know I’ve been scammed and I send them a shipping inquiry and I don’t hear anything back and then a couple hours later I had realized that I had been scammed so I was in touch with my bank and the payment was in pending status so they couldn’t do anything about it. The next day I started the dispute process and got another email from gang gang and it was a tracking number from a transport company called track 718. I looked them up and it was generating lots of comments about them being a scam I could find nothing that would show that was a legitimate company. I’ve been scammed so I’ve sent them a request to refund my money per my bank and they send another email that says the transport company is refusing to give them my order and that I need to pay $15 if I want to get it and I refuse so I get another email that says they took the $15 out of the payment because I requested a refund and they’re gonna refund me the rest. I have not heard anything else from them..

It was a popup add on Facebook for a JCPenny black Friday add. They charged my debit and didn't deliver product. When I emailed for refund I got the run around for a few emails then an automated message in CHinese telling me my email was not delivered we had exceeded the amount I may send them.
