This company posed as a Torrid website. I was directed to a Torrid website..Went thru the checkout process. They only took the dollar amount I owed sent a fake tracker said my package was delivered but I never received it. The tracking webside is track718.com. I have been contacting them about the issue but keep getting generic emails that should recieve a refund. Its been 4 months with the same email response on their end..Total of 40 back to back emails and have not recieved my order or my money. They kept asking me if a partial refund(50%,60% ) was fine. I was firm with wanting a full refund which they finally agreed. They are claiming it is the bank taking so long. Its been 5 months.

I purchased some clothing from this site in January of 2025. The package was shown as sent, it took several weeks until it showed it was "delivered" to my address. However, it showed it was delievered to my address at 3 PM at 6 AM in the morning of the same day. How could it be delivered at 3 PM when it was only 6 AM? I work as a manager at my building so all packages are delivered to my office, there are 3 other managers besides myself so there is someone there 24 hours a day to receive packages and none was delivered. I contacted the company and told them I did not receive my package and I wanted a refund, they refused the refund and said it was a logistics problem and I would have to talk to the logistics company. I informed them I did not hire their logistics firm and therefore my problem was with them NOT the logistics company, that I paid them, not the logistics company and I wanted my product or my money back from them and they could work it out with their logistics company. They then said they would resend my product. Again, I waited a few weeks and again the package was shown delivered but it was not delivered to my building. I again contacted Generivity as soon as my package showed delivered and was not in my office for distribution to residents with other packages. I was again told that the logistics company was responsible and they were only willing to give me a partial refund, I again told them I was not doing business with the logistics company and therefore they could accept a partial refund from the logistics company but that I was due a full refund from Generivity. After threatening them with more backlash, they agreed to refund my money 100% but it would take a "few weeks" and to be patient. It has now been several months and I have not received my merchandise nor have I received any kind of refund, not a partial, nothing. Below are emails from their customer service dept.

I came across an ad which i believed to be the plus size clothing store TORRID however it was not. After i placed my order they claimed was order was shipped and gave me a tracking # but would not tell me who the courier was and the tracking website was very sketchy. I am now waiting for a refund thats supposedly going to take 25 days.

Thought I was buying clothes for my 14 yr old daughter that is special needs. To find out they scammed me and my baby out of her money.

Facebook ad for major sale for Torrid, website looked like Torrid. Didn’t see until the next day that it was transferred to Generivity when it went to the payment side. Told you to check for an email the same day (never came) and to check shipment details on their website, which there is no such link to do so.

A sale of Torrid clothing was listed on sale, which I thought was legit as it never crossed my mind as I shop alot on Torrid's website. I made my purchase on Jan 18th, waited several weeks for it to arrive, tracking everyday with the app they use called Packy. On February 15, their tracking app stated it was delivered. However, it was not delivered. I sent several emails to the customer service department and was offered 60% refund, I argued, "NO it will be 100% refund, i didn't receive my items!" NO refund yet.

An ad for Torrid Plus Size on FB was having a sale on clothing. It looked just like the Torrid site. I ordered clothes, then when I saw the name of the company on my account page for my bank account, it said SSFANNIENYC I knew that wasn't right. I googled the phone number and on the ScamPulse.com it's listed as a scam.
