I first saw the advertisement on my Instagram feeds. I placed an order on 3/9/26 and received a confirmation email as well as order appeared on the shop app. Today, I received a notification from my USPS informed delivery online account stating the order was flagged for using counterfeit postage. I emailed [email protected] and did not receive a response instead I receipted a order confirmation email and my credit card was charged again. I sent [email protected] another email regarding unauthorized charge that i did not consent too. Once again, I didn't receive a response.

I odered the perfume oil from GodaPerfume.com and i never received the product saw they said i had a subscription I tried to tell them to cancel because I had not received the original order and they sent back a email that said they understood I wanted to cancel and offered a discount I just wanted it cancelled so they have charged me again for $146 and wanted me to give the $5.00 to go to cancel site. Will report to my credit card company to stop and try to get my money back.

I ordered one time from GodaPerfume.com and the next month Goda automatically deducted another 34.00 and when I emailed them at [email protected] they said I sign up for auto renewal which is a lie. I have written them and told them to stop the subscription I was automatically enrolled in and they told me they will give me a discount for my next purchase but never addressed them canceling the subscription they automatically put me in.

Selling perfume on the website godaperfume.com and gives you a tracking number but doesn't pay for the free shipping that they advertised so you never receive the produt. They also signed me up for a recurring monthly subscription that I never joined and have taken more money from me, totaling $68. They email you back from [email protected] saying I can pay for the postage and then get the product and send it back before i can get refunded. The website will reroute you when you try to cancel subscription because it's not a legit company.

I ordered on Feb 12, and I have not received my order and then they processed a second order. I keep trying to opt out of a future purchase. but can't find a place to do that. I have reached out to customer service to stop orders and request a refund. NO RESPONSE from company. Goda has scammed many others as I see posts on this site. We need to stop them from scamming others

On December 30th 2025 I ordered on line a buy 1 get 1 free perfume (Goda for her) from Goda perfume from GodaPerfume.com from a Facebook ad that I still have not received. I finally got them to stop my subscription but they still charged me and they've been paid 35.55 for my original order. After I was given a tracking#that couldn't be found when I tried to use it I requested a refund multiple times, then I was told my order was lost and they will send me a replacement asap. I haven't heard anything from them since Feb. I've tried to email them at [email protected] but my email can't be delivered due to the company is getting too many emails at the same time. Up until I was able to get my subscription stopped they continued to try and Bill me for $42.00 after they took my 35.55 for my original order for the next month order in my subscription plan. Plus tried to get me to agree to a half off deal to continue with them. Of course I told them no I just really wanted a refund at this point.i have not received my refund or perfume as of 3/9/2026

I order GODA for her from Godaperfume.com and was charged $28.88 on February 20, 2026. I never received order, infact i was supplied with a tracking number that did not exist. I've been emailing [email protected] asking for a refund which their response to every email i send requesting my money back is a offer or discount for a future order. As if. Another thing i also discovered that they put me on a monthly subscription . They would.have charged me monthly for a product i didnt get the first time.

Goda perfume imposter from GodaPerfume.com charged for a monthly subscription $34.00 each month. I lost $68.00 total. No way to contact the “company “ other than email at [email protected]. I was charged in January and February

I ordered this product on August 3 rd and received a confirmation email then nothing happened until August 31st. They asked me to download Shop App and it said my products were delivered. I have contacted the customer service twice. My credit card's statement says: paid to-SO GODA PERFUME. SP GODA PERFUME CASPER WY 82069 USA. However, the company's address is Jalan Astaka 4B/KU2 Klang, Selangor 41050 in Malaysia, GODA Perfume no 10.

They advertised in Instagram a lot and misled the customers.

Ordered a perfume and never received it I ordered July 25th 2025 and it was supposed to ship within 2-3 business days, today is August 7th and I never received a shipping/tracking number I reached out to customer support and kept getting automatically generated emails to be patient, that the are working on it. They do not have a phone number to contact only the email.

I ordered two bottles of Goda perfume on July 22, 2025. I did not receive a tracking number. I was routed to the app Shop to track my package, where I'm supposed to be able to "track my package every step of the way, "but the Shop app also did not have the package tracking number. The estimate shipment time was 2 to 5 business days. It's August 3rd, 2025 and I still haven't received the products. I emailed Goda support twice, and the AI generated email response was to "be patient." There is no telephone number to call nor a business address to write. On August 3, 2025, I requested a refund through and haven't heard back. Products from China ship to the U.S. faster than this.
