Dr. Emma Clark video promoting Gutdrops to lose weight manufactured by Wellness Prime.com

The ingredients of Gut Drops in the video were pumpkin seeds, grape seeds and green tea extract. There was no mention of L-carnitine. Why was that not mentioned?
