- Redding, CA, USA • Jul 29, 2025

I receive phone calls several times a day, but hang up. It is one of the many calls that are driving me crazy-wasting my time.

- Minneapolis, MN, USA • May 20, 2025

They call constantly from different numbers. They claim to be in the USA. They are selling final expense insurance for a monthly fee. The fee varies depending on the tier you choose. It always starts with an AI vioce named Hannah. They call even when you tell them not to and to remove your number from their list.

- Tallahassee, FL, USA • May 16, 2025

They also tried to get me to wave my rights from being on the no call list.

- West Bloomfield, MI, USA • May 09, 2025

Every damn day. For months. Same stupid call. Please deport them.

- Muskegon, MI, USA • May 09, 2025

Claim to be final insurance, begs for personal information such as medications, as number checking your address

- Topeka, KS, USA • May 02, 2025

Automated system phone call asked questions reguarding medicare. Then transfered me to a live agent who was offering funeral, burial and cremation expenses for $44 a month, for a payout of 6,000 to a beneficiary of my choice. He asked for my name, address, DOB and SSN. I did not give him the correct information.

- Chattanooga, TN, USA

Multiple numbers they use when calling, always a robot, even have stayed on to talk to a person and asked them to not call me to no avail.

- Saginaw, MI, USA

As others have stated, I get daily calls from this "company" from a different phone number each time they call. It is always a computer generated call as there is a short pause and then a sound before someone comes on the line when I say hello. Many times it is a recorded voice. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list and told them to take my number off the company call list. Most of the time they try to get me to confirm a statement they make with yes or no. I always answer no because if I say yes they can say I requested their call. If they become persistent in getting information from me I just hang up. I have asked them why if they are a legitimeant company they always call from a different phone number sometimes with a name but mostly showing only a phone number. Each time I ask for information about them they either hang up or ignore my questions.

- Portland, OR, USA

Caller asked for a lot of PII. Address, name, medical history info... Trying to sell whole life insurance.

Claimed to work for US Funeral Expenses. Claims to be associated with Aetna, MetLife, Mutual of Omaha, etc.

Would not provide name other than first name or company location or website. Obvious scam

- Portland, OR, USA

Just called. Identifed US Funeral Expenses. Multiple calls from multiple numbers. I report them all. They are not clear on the company name. I had to ask them to restate the name.

- Harrisburg, PA, USA

Calls several times a day, automated Hannah says she is from US Funeral Expenses, how are you today.

- Austin, TX, USA

Person identified herself as Ada Wilson with US Funeral Expenses at which point I hung up. They call several times a week at all hours of the day or night. I'm on all the National Do Not Call Lists, which are pretty much worthless as I get lots of these fraudulent calls weekly

- Harrisburg, PA, USA

I get up to twenty calls on a daily basis from US Funeral Expenses, Senior Care Benefits, Healthcare Benefits, Medicare Benefits and similar versions of all of those names. All of these callers use caller ID spoofing, so the call looks like it's coming from a local number. They always claim to be offering benefits from some type of new program regarding health insurance benefits, life insurance or funeral expense insurance. The first question they always ask is my age. Then they ask for name and address. If it's the medicare scam, they will ask for a medicare number. Sometimes they ask if a licensed insurance agent or rep can call back or they transfer the call to their "verification" department. They will ask a few questions related to whatever the scam of the day is, and then quote a rate. They use high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to sign up. They usually get upset and defensive when I ask for their company's address or phone number and then they hang up.

- Phoenix, AZ, USA

it was an AI voices that said I contacted them. I did not. I am on the do not call list and I told them on the line not to call again but I don't know if a human heard that or not. They have called twice now

- Lima, OH, USA

The caller asked me if I remember speaking to them about funeral expenses. When I said no, they then asked me if I was between the ages of 50 to 80 and I said no and then they hung up

- Kensington, MD, USA

They call me several times a day from different numbers. It's a recording hooked to a robot to wait for pauses. I hang up before I get transferred.

- San Jose, CA, USA

A woman called and said her name was Hanna Walker from US funeral expenses saying that I told her to call me back. She said she need it information in order to qualify me for extra insurance to pay for my funeral expenses and preced to ask questions without me having a chance to respond back. I said no, I don't know who you are and I never requested a call back. I continue asking her questions and she hang up the call.

- New Holland, PA, USA

I receive 5-10 calls from this company a day. This last time I tried again to ask that they do not continue to call me. I was told ***** *** ************ * in an automated sounding voice before being disconnected! This is insane. Other numbers they have called from:

+1 (717) 573-8462

+1 (717) 550-8976

+1 (717) 550-8976

+1 (717) 470-3416

That is just from today, and it’s only 4:30 pm.

I get a minimum of 3 calls per day on weekdays. The phone number changes. I blocked the first number, but I didn't bother after the second one, and I've never had the same number twice.
Sometimes the call starts "Hi this is Hannah and you wanted me to call you back, do you remember?"
Other times it says "This is Hannah Walker with US funeral expense" I never let the recording get past that.

- Troy, MI, USA

I have not let the call go any further then them introducing who and what company then I hang up. It’s an automated message and it says her name is Daniel Green. Idk if this is a scam or a robo call
