When I asked for their phone number in case we get disconnected as my phone will drop calls, they said “no”. When I was told no a second time, I told her I was on the do not call registry.

I keep getting these calls from US Funeral Expenses. Seems like there should be some way to locate who is making the robo-calls so they can be shut down.

I'm willing to help in any way I can. Maybe keep them on the line and merge in a call with a federal agency that can track call source. These calls are getting ridiculous

AI "Daniel Green" called; said i was eligible for insurance to cover funeral expenses. Then a human came on the line, explaining they work with major insurance companies. I had heard enough. Hung up.

I receive calls from this company several times per day. Each calling spoof ID shows a different disconnected Illinois number, so the originating state or country cannot be determined.

The last person claimed was calling from US FUNERAL EXPENSES, using a phone number 732-953-6497, but they call multiple times a day from different numbers and quickly try to get me on another connection to verify my information. before they transfer i tell them to stop calling me im not interested and usually ends up in a hangup. ill get the same voice again saying i asked them to call me back which i reply no i asked you to take my name off your list and stop calling. my ***** **** phone log shows all numbers that call but only the numbers but its often. I would have to call all those numbers to get them to answer with maybe more info but wont do this so they dont use my number more. my ***** **** phone line is for home only so most numbers i know would be contacts and not these scam calls but the scam calls are so many and so often

They simply keep calling me with an automated female voice and they say I asked them to call me though I didn't. It sounds like a real person is talking but it isn't. Most of the numbers they call from have Texas area codes. Its been simply annoying.

I receive up to three calls per day and always from an automated system claiming that I asked them to return my call, which I have not done.

I receive 6-10 calls a day, each from a different number. The voice is often the same--a slight British accent, female. Voice messages say I asked them to call me back (untrue) and that they are calling on behalf of U.S. Funeral Expenses and that I may qualify for a state-financed all expenses paid funeral coverage. They mention "50-80". I have had to route ALL calls from people not in my contacts to voicemail--no matter how many times I block the most recent number calling, I receive more calls on other numbers. When I answer and say, "Please stop calling this number," they hang up and I receive another call in a short period of time.

On November 7, 2023 caller said I would pay 35% on monthly premiums on a Whole Life Insurance Policy which he defined as a stable premium policy, tax deferred with cash value program to access after 6 months of having policy which also works as savings which generates interest that I can borrow from and pay nothing back for it. Gave me my choice of what level policy I wish to pay for. I did not agree on the program saying that I am low income and cannot afford to pay any premium, and that my son is my Legal Representative and I cannot make such decisions without his permission. He (Sean Banks) responded that I need to talk to my representative and get back to him by tonight in order to get the level of premium and cost he was offering today. I asked for his name that he said is Sean Banks and website which he said was www.USfuneralExpenses.net, and his phone number that he said is (772)222-5622. I suspected this was a scam call so I am not responding to it, but am reporting it to BBB.

Contacted USfuneralexpenses.net by phone and they told me they know about this scammer, Hannah Walker, and they are going after her for using their name
Told me I would not receive anymore calls from her

So tired of getting these calls from Hannah Walker with US Funeral Expense. This has cause me anxiety and a increase in high blood pressure and it is so tiresome and very disturbing in my everyday life. Why can't something like this be corrected or fixed? This is harassments and no one should have to live that way.

Hannah Walker is a scam of people working out of (allegedly) New Jersey. Their call back number is 732.226.6681. They don't give you their real name, the phone number will ONLY allow you to leave a message and they call you from a SPOOF calling system that puts in a phone number with your area code to make it look like it is a local number for your to answer. Law Enforcement is having problems combatting this because they don't know how to locate them and enforce the issues. Bottom line: DO NOT answer a phone number you don't know. If it is important, they will leave you a message.
