Healix CBD Reports & Reviews (2)

The company uses false advertisement to trap people into request a "FREE" product sample and just pay for the shipping. They then use your credit card to charge you for a monthly fee of a $109.88 as a subscriber. This is a scam. They use fake famous people endorsements. Non of these famous people or programs are endorsing this company or product. THIS IS FAKE.

They use many websites to target people via emails. They operate under Healix CBD, WTM Brands, WTM Brands Online, CBD Gummies, etc...BE Careful. THIS FAKE trying to steal your money.

I ran across an ad on FB for a CBD oil that claimed to help with inflammation. The ad priced the CBD oil for around $49.00. I ordered the product and it arrived 16 days later. When I opened the box there was an extra bottle of CBD pills inside that I had not ordered. A few days later I was going through my bank statements and discovered that I had been charged 4 separate times for a grand total of $231.50. I was able to get the phone number from my bank statement and called. After a lengthy process of holds and conversation they told me that I had agreed to an "introductory" rate for the $49.00 but had failed to contact them within 2 weeks of the purchase date therefore I was charged full price for the oil AND the pills that I did not order in the first place. I ask them how I could have possibly contacted them about my satisfaction of the product within the 14 days when I had not even received it in that time frame. Full price was almost $110 each plus shipping of almost $8.00 each. When I ask for a copy of my purchase agreement and their terms and conditions to be emailed to me they immediately started to offer me a very small portion of my money back. I politely told them that I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com and they ultimately ended up refunding my account $120.00 but this small bottle of CBD oil that was supposed to cost $49.00 ultimately cost me $111.50 and had I not noticed this in my bank statement it would have cost $231.50!
