I paid this company in full for a sleep apnea test. Several months later they started harassing saying I owed even more. They’ve been harassing non stop trying to get this additional money that isn’t owed. They submitted a request to the insurance for what they said was the full amount of service ($175) at the beginning, which I paid after insurance denied and was told I paid in full. Now they say the initial balance is actually over $300 months later. Common scam they’ve been pulling on others too.

They are calling from the store phone saying that their scripts need to be filed for 3 months and no employee works at that location by that name. They know all the medical history and will ask for your credit card. The company said it is a scammer.

I was never contacted by Royce medical by any means. Never heard of them until I received notice of medical services from Medicare that included services I never received and I don’t need. Royce medical billed Medicare for $11,160 in intermittent urinary catheter supplies. I am in New York. The company is in Florida. I reported it to Medicare fraud department and they are instituting an investigation. My secondary medical coverage has also inquired about these charges which I dispute. I am shocked how easy it is to defraud Medicare and my private insurance.

My Oncologist called me saying that he received a phone call from 1-888-242-8415 Patient Intake Group (which is ehealth) requesting ALL of my medical records, scans, my entire history. Not having a signed release from me, he called to see if I authorized this. I told him I have NO idea who would be asking for these records as I have not been to any other doctors or specialists. I called the number and without giving any information of who i was, I asked what company it was and why would they be requesting my medical history. They told me It was for an upcoming appointment with them. I said i have no such appointment with them or any of their doctors and why would they be calling my doctor? they kept on repeating the same thing. I told them i was reporting them and here i am reporting them now.

Asked a question where I would answer Yes. “Do you have healthcare ?” And I said yes. Then they hung up. I realize now they can use my voice to authorize something fraudulently.

We are searching for health insurance and he called posing as a representative. It sounded very legitimate. He said he worked for the state with healthsupra. I gave him my information then he sent me a link to open to make sure it was correct spelling. I didn’t open the link. I told him that I would call back and went to talk to my wife about it. He called me back a few minutes later. I told him no and he hung up on me

Caller identified as United Healthcare, my insurance company. Said there were some updates to my insurance plan and I needed to call 844-965-0017. Have received this call several times. It never rings through the phone, only goes straight to voice-mail. I have contacted my insurance company above these calls immediately after receiving them and was informed that noone from the company had called me and there was no reason for anyone from to company to be calling me at this time. It was determined that tgese were possible scam calls phishing for personal information.

On September 12, I researched the term “Obamacare” in search of a new health insurance plan, given my current employment status. Following the entry of my personal information on a particular Google link, I promptly received a call from number 858-544-2669. The caller informed me about my eligibility to purchase an affordable health insurance plan, especially considering my recent income situation. He enticed me with a comprehensive package which included full medical, vision, and dental coverage for a monthly fee of $453.23. He sent a text message from a different number, 956-625-4397, which contained a link for completing the enrollment process. When I voiced my desire to review the agreement's details, the caller cautioned that the price might surge if the window in his side refreshes and times out. Assured by his promise to email all relevant plan information post-enrollment, I shared my credit card details.

Subsequently, I established an account on the Innovative Partners customer portal using my email and set a new password. However, upon scrutinizing the plan, it seemed questionable. Digging deeper, I stumbled upon a reputable company in Connecticut, also named Innovative Partners. Disturbingly, they had posted a warning about potential fraudulent activities tied to their name regarding insurance plan sales. This warning emphasized that while they do operate under the name Innovative Partners, they do not deal with insurance claims or verifications outside the state of Connecticut.

Alarmed, I incessantly attempted to contact Innovative Partners using the numbers 888-677-6074 and 866-952-1374. Most of these calls ended in abrupt disconnections after enduring long hold times. My perseverance paid off on September 14, 2023, when I managed to discuss my concerns with their “Customer Service.” I demanded the cancellation of the plan and was promised an email within an hour to confirm my request. The email, however, never arrived. Undeterred, I called again on September 18th and 19th. The subsequent email I finally received came from an entirely different entity named Perfect Way Marketing. It acknowledged the receipt of my cancellation request, stating that the procedure had commenced and that I should expect further communication within 10-15 business days.

I am unable to Upload the zip file I had prepared to assist in your investigation, however, you can contact me to provide further information.

Thank you for your attention to this situation.

I thought they said they were from United Healthcare but they may have just said I insurance company. They knew my name. They asked if I would take a survey after the call and I said yes. They then hung ip

I was contacted by agents over the phone alleging they were from the US marketplace and offered me free health insurance meaning zero copayments 0 doctor visits everywhere and ask for a copy of my social security card as well as my 9-year-old daughters and enrolled us in Oscar health insurance then started to collect hundreds of dollars worth of medical bills from me I called the marketplace and they told me I'm not even enrolled with the US marketplace whatsoever these are foreign agents the US marketplace is currently investigating their fraud

The callers call me multiple times daily (I’ve gotten as many as 60 in one day) and call from many different cloned numbers. I have asked them repeatedly to take my number from their call list as I do not have Medicare and I am not interested in their services. They usually laugh and many times curse me out.

Agent posing from WellCare ( Part D prescription plan ) wanting me to call to update my prescription account and update my account when bills are due. When I mentioned to leave a message in my WellCare account they unsubscribed me , thus a scam.

They offered to see if I qualified for grocery assistance but bombarded me with phone calls to sell me Medicare Advantage insurance. I think this is a bait and switch ploy that will take advantage of some senior citizens who are just trying to save money. They used a call center under the company name of Q3M. I think this is not the best way to conduct business and needs to be stopped to protect unsuspecting elders.

The website made bogus medical promises to cure back pain permanently They included bogus clinically proven claims and bogus claims to provide benefits of exercise without lifting a finger, They also had bogus ScamPulse.com accreditation claims, misleading FDA approval claims and the entire website offered multiple products rife with fraud. The website is Getnueromd.com.
