Website offered cigarettes for $30 a carton, payment make vs venmo. The cigaretts make in USA but they set to get stamp to clearant US custom. below is their message:
Package, registered with us by cheap carton cigarettes for discreet
delivery to your address is currently on hold due to RESTRICTION
Required. Your refund requires 2 custom stamps so that it could be
discharged from the United States. By acquiring these stamps your
prefund will not have to go through customs checks since it was paid
discreetly and invoice pricing reduced. Otherwise, your refund will be
scanned and the content could be discovered by the customs officers of
the Transit states or port of entry.

Each custom stamp cost = $75

You need to acquire these stamps so that your refund can be completed
as scheduled.

I have no way to get money back. Total scam company

I ordered and then they messaged me and said to pay using PayPal and email address aimmewilliamas@aimmewilliamas1970 I was slow at paying and they started bugging me to make my payment I did then they said I needed to make a $100.00 insurance payment I had been through this before with another online cigarette company and lost around $300.00 so I told them no and asked for my money back and I know that's never going to happen

I placed my order then received a message to pay by way of PayPal using email address aimeewilliams@aimeewilliams1970 I was slow making payment then they started bugging me about the payment I made the payment then they said I had to make a 100.00 refundable payment. I had experienced this scam with another online cigarette company and got scammed out of $300.00 before ending the transaction and never got my money back this time I quit and never got my money back

Website offered cigarettes for $30 a carton. Payment must be made through PayPal using payment to a individual person ( [email protected]) as a " Gift " which bypasses PayPal refund/fraud service.

ONLY SEND AS FRIENDS AND FAMILY (OR PERSONAL OR SOMEONE YOU TRUST).
After they get the $30 per carton money they send another invoice for $50 per carton for " Insurance and Customs duty/stamp."
No way to contact for refund.
