Online Retailer Scam

I could not cancel this order after placing. Then received two shipping notifications. It would not arrive in one order and only one of the shipments arrived. When I contacted customer service they said they would rectify it. This order was placed April 21, 2025 and I am still fighting. I have sent screen shots, tracking info, and photographic proof. I only received half of my order. This evening July 4, 2025 I was told that on their end it looks like I received everything and I did not. I am fighting my bank now but this was a scam and terrible customer service.

This is a company on Instagram selling a product and when you go to purchase, they never send it out. If you contact customer support they will tell you that the item is on the way or say the they will reship the item but they never do. The refund they offer is a partial refund, so you’re still losing money.

It came up on Instagram as a Ad saying that it was on sale for some bra minimizer. I ended up ordering 3 in totals because their sale was really good. I was initially gonna buy one and then another sale on the website came up saying that if I bought that one, then I’d get the same one free. I then went and bought that one as well and ended up getting three in total. I bought this on March 29. It is now May 13. I lost money. I didn’t get the clothing that I thought I was gonna get. And I didn’t even get my money back either because I was trusting them to deliver it since they had said the tracking was just faulting, but that my order was still on its way. I have now waited basically a month and more so I can’t get my money back through my bank either. I’m at a total loss. Of money and trust. I lost $80.
