Started 7/5/25.

Joe Hoffman and his sidekick Tina Gonzales first told me their bank account was frozen after I sent them $1k deposit via Venmo, and asked for $1k more to buy supplies. (7/7 & 7/8/25)

Then more excuses: pulled knee, can't work. (7/13/25)

Then they actually told me they used my money ($2k) to pay a past due storage unit in Wisconsin. 7/16/25

I gave them until the following Monday to start correcting issues.

They didn't show up, nor did they respond to texts and emails.

They worked a total of 12 hours, and purchased no materials for a partial bathroom remodel.

I'm out $1.7k and filed a police report for fraud.
