Instagram ad for a sale for footwear from HOKA, while ordering there is a time limit to place order. I’ve done this before with another sale-ad. I received an order confirmation and shipping emails and never received the shoes. The shipping email revealed that product was coming from across the country and the contact email was NOT Hoka.

Responded to Facebook ad for 3 pairs of Hoka shoes for $79. Paid with credit card. Never received goods. Email confirmation contained highlighted links for "store" website and "order information" but both led to "IP address not found."

Facebook ad for discount Hoka shoes. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes for 79.95. Received email with confirmation of my order.

1 month later, the shoes have not arrived. I replied to email in email confirmation and received a response that no such email exits.

I began to google the website and saw that it was a fraudulent website.

Offered Hoka shoes at a Discount on Facebook just before Christmas, have now seen multiple complaints about this scammer, hopefully the State of Colorado will prosecute to the highest possible of which I think should include the death penalty to rid this riff riff of the world.

I saw an ad on Facebook for hoka shoes for like 39$ a piece and 69.95 for 2 so I ordered two and then got nervous and did some digging and found it's a scam site :( soji emailed the email it has listed as customer service and asked for a refund and they responded with my order has been shipped and gave me a tracking number that doesn't go anywhere to track them so I asked again for a refund again with no answer :( ?? I feel like an [censored] I should have been smarter :( now im just out 70$ and this scam site has all my information and my debit card info

Legit "looking" ads on Facebook and Instragram for discounted Hoka sneakers. They never sent the goods. The email supplied for inquiries bounced back -big surprise. I think their scam technique is to tempt people with a "too good to be true" discount -it's relative small amount of money so they are likely going for volume money grabs, under the belief that most people will just let it go. I will try to get my money back. Why aren't Facebook and Insta more accountable allowing scammers to advertise to their subscribers?

Hoka shoe sales offer--too good to be true but I had purchased from the company before. Later notified that delivery would not take place for 15 days. Checked online and found multiple listings indicating it was a scam.

Friend emailed me the link saying he had purchased from them before, so I fell for this scam. He ended up being scammed too. Basically, he was phished. It looked like the Hoka site, they said they were Hoka. It was only when the receipt email came with an obviously fake support email address and from a fake "no reply" that I knew it was phishing. I informed Bank of America right away but they wouldn't stop the transaction and told me to dispute it. Now they won't allow a dispute until after the merchandise delivery date passes with no merchandise.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from the website Hokaofficial.us.com and as it turned out, it is a fraudulent website. And the contact number for the fraudulent website just rings and no one answers. I called the Hoka corporate website and they do not have any record of my purchase or order number that shows up on my PayPal receipt.
