Stacey Curry, of Holmes Construction, contacted our repair shop for the purchase of 10 tires; 11R24.5 16 ply tires and was advised she needed to pay before the order was put through. She paid with a credit card, through Quickbooks, her inputting the information herself. Once payment was made, which she notified us immediately, and wanted to know when they could be picked up. We verified her payment and Ms Curry sent a courier service to pick up the tires. 11 days later, she is disputing the amount of $4212 with the code of 10.4 through Visa and we are in the process of fighting her dispute. We have a copy of her Maryland driver's license, the email from [email protected] which she stated "I just took care of payment" and she paid the bill, inputting the credit card information herself through the bookkeeping program.

We have been researching and found she has pulled this SCAM on several businesses - Arkansas, Tennessee and Virginia
