Received an Urgent Notice, printed on pink paper, 6/9/2021, alerting us that our Home Warranty is about to expire or may have already expired.

We do not have, or have we ever had a home warranty. The mortgage lender which the notice states secures our home has not existed since 2012. We do not have a home mortgage.
If something in our home breaks or quits, I can usually repair it in our home-shop which has extensive equipment necessary for appliance repairs and automotive emergencies. This being the case, a home warranty is not something we would rely-on.
The notice we received was mailed by a bulk-mailing company, mailing under USPS Presort Permit 699, posting from Zip Code 92799.

Got letter in US Postal from Zip Code 92799. Saying “FINAL NOTICE”

With previous house lender, not current house mortgage name on it! Says “IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED” giving 7 days to call to reply!!! Cant find the Company in question in ScamPulse.com Credited or Non Credited Business...

The Letter in question gives a person the idea that it is a requirement or required by the Bank or Mortgage Loan. But, in this case we have not been with the Mortgage Company in Notice for approximately 10 years!

The Letter was addressed to my Wife, but we are both living here and Mortgage is in both names!

I Got the same letter, is this not considered mail fraud and should the government not track them down?

I was contacted by mail. Home Warranty Direct is selling home warranties to customers. The claim is "Final Notice" to purchase home warranty. They claim I have not updated my home warranty. Problem, I have never purchased a home warranty. Company gives no email, website, address. They appear to know I had a home loan from Bank of America. They appear to be a scam- very pushy script.

Ditto Others Home Warranty Direct is suggesting my Home warranty is expireing. I also dont have a home warranty contract, nor do I want one. Home Warranty Direct mailings are a BIG SCAM. BEWARE and trash them when received. They fooled my wife...they are fooling everyone. Ken

I do not have a home warranty and have never had a home warranty. This letter claims that my home warranty is expiring and requests an "immediate response" to this "final notice", as though I were a pre-existing customer. The letter also cites my home lender, implying a connection to my home loan. This letter is a misleading scam.

I received a piece of mail from HOME WARRANTY DIRECT, Home Warranty Dept stating "This is my Final Notice for a home warranty at my address that was secured by Wells Fargo". As far as I know I don't have anything with Wells Fargo concerning a home warranty ( I will be checking with them after submitting this ). There is no address or website for this company on the letter, just a phone number 1-800-299-4998. At the very bottom of the letter it states "Home Warranty Administered by Home Warranty Solutions" in very tiny letters. There is also no stamping of any kind on the envelope. Now to see if Wells Fargo has been over charging me just has they have to people in the past for home warranties.

I am not attaching the letter to this. If someone contacts me from ScamPulse.com wanting it I will send it, but I need to black out all my personal information beforehand and not knowing if that is ok that is why I'm not attaching it.
