This postcard has a picture of my house with the words "Final Notice" "Before it's too late" and "Required for Continued Protection" asking me to call to continue uninterrupted coverage (that I don't have) on my Warranty. I can see how people might call when they see a photo of their home.

I just received a postcard from them.. I'll attach a pic.. I can see why someone would send them $ it looks pretty legit since they include a photo of your house. Smdh

Sent what looks like a check for $199 for “home warranty registration”. Had this number listed, my name and the name of my mortgage company. Really looks legit and I would expect people might call for it if they don’t look closely. Infuriating

This happened to my 84 year old mother. She received a letter in the mail today appearing to be from an official county office. My mom thought she was in danger of losing her home because of the wording in the letter. This is not ok to prey on the elderly this way. Please be aware and let others know this is a scam! (See attached photo of the letter)

Just received a letter for home warranty Coverage expected to expire. I never purchased a home therefore I don’t need coverage.

I received a postcard in the mail that many people will likely think is real from the County Deed Records office. It claims the home warranty is expiring and that I have 24 days to renew or lose coverage.

Received an envelope with a LARGE see-through window displaying ping contents with "TIME SENSITIVE" and "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED". No sender address provided.

The pink contents induces a false sense of urgency. Worry about an overlooked obligation quickly turns into anger from being tricked into opening junk mail. But the contents of the notice itself go on to imply urgency. Though there is a small disclaimer at the very bottom, the contents of the letter would imply that you have done business with this outfit and your service with them is about to expire.

The whole package is fraudulent. Maybe the service really exists, but this is a very wrong way to approach a person you have not previously done business with.

The letter states that it will be the "FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU", but you can count on them not going away. They will send you more notices.

I called the number listed. A man answered. I told him I wanted to provide them with feedback that pissing off people and asking for their business at the same time isn't going to work well. I complained about the pink notice. He asked, "You don't like pink? What's wrong with pink?". Then he laughed And laughed. And laughed. I couldn't believe it. He proceeded to tell me how he handles mail he doesn't want at home - he throws it away. He laughed at me that I would take time out of my day to be the ONLY one he ever heard of that would waste their time to call and complain about his mail being pink.

He was rude. I asked for a contact to their marketing department. He said they don't have one. I asked for the name of the company, he said he could not provide that to me. What?

He hung up on me. I called back. Reached a woman. No sooner started telling her why I was calling and she interrupted me to ask for my customer ID. Well, I'm not their customer and doubt I ever have been. I told her I wanted to voice a complaint.

Next I knew, some other woman was on the phone claiming to be a supervisor. She wanted my customer ID.
