Just bought a home. Thought sellers paid for home warranty in closing on house I bought in *****. Got a letter saying I needed to activate it. Called them from HWS. Said had to pay 198.98 to HWS to activate. Just yesterday 2/21/26 a group SPA Protection Plan B just tried to charge my credit for 198.98 but my credit card flagged with fraud just like they did original HWS 198.98 charge. I talked with credit card and approved 198.98 HwS charge. But am working with credit card company now. Now think letter was bait and I responded. Think all charges were fraud now.
