Same old story, sending products you didn´t order.

I received a phone call offering to send drain cleaner and sewer line cleaner at a special discounted price to try product. I explained that We were in Florida for the winter and our business (lake resort rental cottages) was closed for the season and his product was not needed. He wanted to know when we would be back in Michigan. I did tell him we would return May 1, Within days of our return a 5 gal pail of drain cleaner was delivered...A few days later an invoice for $219.50 came in the mail. My wife (and bookkeeper) promptly sent a check thinking that I had ordered it. About a week after paying I received a call from Industrial Chem Labs saying that, mistakingly, half of our order had been left on the dock. I told the salesperson that I had not ordered the product and did not want any more product shipped to us. He tried to convince me that I had agreed to buy 3 pails of the drain cleaner and that after I paid for the three containers they would any future automatic shipments.I again stated DO NOT SHIP! The second pail just showed up with another invoice for $219.50.
I am not going to pay. I sent the invoice back marked UNAUTHORIZED SHIPMENT and told them if that if they wanted their product back to send a prepaid shipping label within 30 days or their product would be disposed of. Thank God that they did not have our credit or debit card numbers. NEVER LET THESE GUYS HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER>

One of our associates has alerted us that we just received some products that we didn’t order. Years ago, we had purchased cleaning fluid for a carpet machine. That supplier continued to send products that we hadn't ordered and subsequently billed us. At the time they had called for payment and spoke very unprofessionally and demeaning to one of our associates, basically bullying us to pay. We discovered the business had some questionable business practices and are known to send products and invoices that are not ordered.

INDUSTRIAL CHEM LABS will call your business, selling you various chemicals. Then regardless if you order or not, they will begin shipping you products, then a few days later you will receive bills for the products you never ordered. The bills normally go to accounts receivable so someone will send payments to the company without knowing the details. Then if you call them the scam will continue, they will threaten to take you to collections send threatening letters, I'd suggest let them take you to court which they won't do & put a block on any credit card through fraud department. Look at their address, it's not even correct, I really doubt they're even in NY. THE COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. LOOK AT ScamPulse.com REPORTS.

Made complaint months ago about this company. They said it was resolved. I returned goods to them. Now I get a past due bill. They are doing this to everyone I’m sure. This business needs to be shut down. Called them and was told they would return my call yesterday. Never called me. Emailed them and told them I will go this route if no reply. So this is where we are now.

This company keeps sending us a "sewer cleaner" product that we did not agree to ordering or even being sent to us. I've called them once before and told them to quit sending it. They also send us an invoice as well even though we keep returning the product. BIG TIME SCAMMER!!!!!! We actually paid the invoice once, but we will not pay again! I spoke with

Joe Hill" on the phone and he is the "supposed" rep and claimed he had approval to send us the "sewer cleaner" product, which is not true! Beware people!!!! He got very angry when I told him I was turning his business into the ScamPulse.com and hung up on me!

Do not do business with this company. They have no morals. They are not beyond swearing, name calling and even vulgar name calling. This company called our business over and over until they found a vulnerable individual. They tried to get this vulnerable individual to order and told them "what kind of terrible company would let odors and such linger and not try their product". They were nice to this vulnerable individual enough and talked them into a sample. The vulnerable individual didn't understand and thought they were accepting a "free" sample. But his company does not offer free samples. The "sample" arrived along with an invoice. The shipping alone for one gallon of their product was $21.61. The entire invoice for one gallon of their product was $61.56. The company was contacted to return the "sample" and for us to receive credit. Well the individual we spoke to was very rude, said we were calling him a liar, and said stop swearing at him and calling him vulgar names. Exactly what he was doing to us, not the other way around. He kept asking if we wanted this invoice to "disappear". We wanted to talk to his supervisor and more name calling and vulgar language began along with unethical recommendations for a way to scam UPS out of return shipping costs. The individual was asked for his supervisor and said he was the boss and that they were run by a board of directors. We will not be returning this product the unethical way they suggested. We will seek legal council if they contact us regarding any invoice.

We received a call from someone claiming to be from "Industrial Chem Labs" who was marketing his company's products. We were not interested in any of the items he was selling, but he offered to send a bottle of weed killer for us to test out. He even claimed that they were opening a case of the stuff just to give to us, which is ridiculous.

About a week later, we received a gallon of a bottle which received what is labeled as "Eliminator" weed killer. Along with the bottle, we were sent an invoice for $93.31. We called their customer support number and asked to return the item, but they only offered to remove the shipping charge. We have contacted them again regarding a full refund, and we are awaiting their reply.

According to other ScamPulse.com reviews of Industrial Chem Labs, this is a very common theme with them. Regardless of whether they refund our item or not, they are scamming people by charging them for items that they did not order.

They contacted my office and asked if I would like to try some samples of drain cleaner. I agreed as they were specified as SAMPLES next thing I know I received a large shipment of cleaner and shortly after I received an invoice for $300. I have contacted them multiple times and let them know I haven't used their product and asked them to come pick it up ship it back . They keep trying to deliver more product to use every few months. They refuse to pick it up and I refuse to pay any future bills they send as it is a SCAM and I NEVER agreed to receiving anything other then a sample. even after I said I longer wanted to receive there product I still received yet a nether 6gal of drain cleaner

The salesman called our business and offered to send a sample of their products at a cost which I agreed to. But then I recieved twice as much as I ordered & they billed me accordingly. I went ahead & paid it because I figured I could use it anyway. Then the next month I recieved another duplicate order of the double amount of product which I didn't order. I called industrial chem labs & told them I needed to talk to my sales rep. I had the shipping label with tracking info. They said they needed my invoice number before they could help me. I said can't you look me up by my company name or my customer number? They said no, only by invoice number. I said I need them to send a return label to take this back, they didn't & I received a notification of my delinquent account, so again I paid it, thinking I'll use the product. But then the next month the same thing happened & same shipment, Then I called & of course again they couldn't look up my account, then after I received my invoice I called again & said I need a return label I'm sending this back, they said a salesman would call from the office and of course they didn't & I haven't heard back yet. They really have a racket going, SOMEONE NEEDS TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM & CALL THE 300 DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS FROM BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. NOT GOING TO PAY THIS NEXT BILL.

THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE ARE RUDE AND TRY TO RUSH YOU OFF THE PHONE. THEY WILL SEND ITEMS YOU OR NO ONE AT YOUR COMPANY EVER ORDERED AND WILL SEND INVOICES FOR THE PRODUCT YOU NEVER ORDERED. WE FINALLY REALIZED WHEN A NEW WORKER POINTED OUT THEY DID THE SAME THING AT HIS OLD EMPLOYER. I SENT AN EMAIL TO ALL OF THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES AND ASKED THEM NOT TO SEND ANYMORE ALONG WITH NOT PAYING THE LAST TWO INVOICES.

This company called and asked for the housekeeper and what her name was so he could address them properly. When the housekeeper got on the phone line he said that he would send a free sample of cleaner and she said that the administrator was out and they could not order anything and he said expect it by Wednesday and again she said that she would not accept it. The following week there was a package left by UPS without any notice so now we are unable to return it we have been trying for numerous days even called UPS and they still have not called us back. We called the company and they are rude starting threatening the administrator and even after numerous calls was always transferred to the same man who literally was laughing saying that we have to pay the invoice. Not fair how some companies can just ships their product to you and expect you to pay for it. I have contacted the local police department and filed a harassment charge on them and hopefully will hear something back soon. They are a very desperate company if they can’t sell their product then it must not be good.

I received a call from a representative, who claimed that a former employee named X ordered a sewer cleaner product from their company in the past. I stated that the employee X no longer works here and that we do not order products from this company. He offered to send a free sample of the product, so I agreed and we later received a 25lb tub of product and an invoice in the amount of $99.36. I googled the company online and then saw several reviews saying others had been scammed in the exact same way. When I called the company to return the item, I was transferred to the same representative who denied speaking with me at all and the mention of a free sample and insisted that employee X placed the order. He was very rude and said we could "return it if we want to" and then hung up on me. I was given no information on the return process and was not sent a shipping label.

Industrial Chem Labs has contacted our Nursing home several times and attempted to speak with random supervisors or manager in Maintenance. They convince them they were a legit company. Them sent a FREE SAMPLE to test and see if we would like to purchase more. Then they sent an invoice and ask for payment. The invoice is final, they are rude and nasty. A bunch of jerks, even on hold music is fake music. STAY AWAY...

We received a gallon of something labeled 'Eliminator', wondering who had ordered it. As the H.R. Mngr., I asked our owners and ground-crew if they had and no one knew what I was talking about. I called their 1-800 number and the young lady on the phone stated that my owner ordered the product. My OWNER was the one asking what the invoice was for in the first place. She informed me that I would need to speak with a manager, but he was out to lunch. She let me leave my name and number to be reached on the following Monday, no one called me back. All the reviews I read after that phone call were extremely similar to our experience. We still have the product, but I will not pay the invoice and have created a SCAM folder. Beware of this company, find someone reputable and ScamPulse.com accredited!

I received a phone call from someone named Jeff from Industrial Chem labs. He wanted to send us a "sample" of one of their three chemical products. I said that I wasn't really interested, but if he wanted to send a sample of the weed killer, I would evaluate it and see if it works. He said all that he asks is that if I try the sample product and like it, I will buy some from them. Suspicious, but not completely sure if it was a scam, I told him something like, "Sure. we've been looking for a good weed killer. I'll try the sample. If it works, I'll buy some from you". He never said the sample was free, but he made me believe the sample was free. However, I was suspicious when I hung up the phone, so I checked BBB. Immediately, I read complaint after complaint of people getting the same type of call, then receiving a full-sized "sample" plus an invoice for the sample. Additionally, they continued to receive more shipments after the initial "sample". Needless to say, that is what is happening to me. My 20lb "sample" came with a $178 invoice. I returned the shipment (UPS gives you 5 days to return). Another one came the following week. I returned that one. Another one came this week. I will be returning it as well. This is all after he made a follow-up call a few days after the initial call and we told him that we changed our mind, do not send anything. He said it was too late, it was already sent. However, the second two shipments came after that call.
