I saw a ring on Instagram ad that i thought was legit. I ordered it and received a receipt of order. When I checked my bank account the next day, I saw that payment was taken out twice by two different names. (AST aelheart Internet) (ASTlivexoar Internet). My bank says I have to get refund from company but I can't seem to get a response from them. they offer no phone number or physical address. All they have is an email address that they will not respond to.

The person present as a DJ, requested a deposit and never showed up for the event, a follow up requesting for the refund but the scammer lies and tells different stories every time

I started receiving messages from Instagram on Saturday, March 21, sending "the code you requested," when I never requested a code. I changed my password and set up two-factor authentication. On Monday, I received another text to secure or recover my account. When I logged in, there was another user attached to my account. @brushdoyle. Their email, phone number, and Facebook account were on my account. I changed my password several times and logged out of all devices. I tried removing their information from my account, but Instagram kept crashing.

On Wednesday, March 25, I got a voicemail from Capital One asking for Doyle Brush. My Google Assist screened the call, so I didn't answer or talk to anyone. They said to call them back at Capital One.

I saw an add for some weight lost pills. I attempted to order them. At the end of the transaction it I’d not give the amount I would be charged. I checked my checking account and there was two (2) separate amounts.

One in the amount of $239.94 and second one for $59.99. I called customer service and tried to cancel the order. She told me I couldn’t. She said she would refund me today for $120.00. When I received the pills not to open them and send them back. She gave me RMA (return merchandise authorization) #1FA8B8070942 to put on the outside of the package. When she received the pills back she could refund the balance. Let’s see if I receive the pills!!!

on 02/06/2026 i paid 580.10 for hair extensions from this merchant. I paid 50$ in shipping for expedited shipping. I never received a confirmation email regarding my order. It is now 2/23 and my order is still not shipped nor is it even confirmed. The merchant claims that she does not even have the hair in real time stock. I paid for an item that she did not have in per possession to ship. I am still waiting for my order and shipping information, this is dishonest business work.

I bought a Tshirt from Christian Divinity and then they started charging my card monthly for 19.99. I tried many times calling them to stop this charge and they never answered. I had to have my credit card company cancel my card and reissue me a new one to stop the reoccurring charges.

I saw product ad on instagram. I ordered on 9/18 paid 5 days shipping fee today is 10/2 I sent them an email Their excuess is mail is delay which is lie from Fremont, CA to Dublin CA. They can’t tracked ordered. I asked them refund money but I have not heard from them.

I liked some gold shirts on an Instagram page and then went to purchase them. All looked legit till the tracking showed up. The tracking software was nothing I'd seen before and that's when I noticed it was coming from China. Deliver took forever and showed all the stops but looking back I think this tracking is part of the scam. Package showed delivered so i reached out to Customer Service Team [email protected]. They gave me a lot of BS about the carrier shows it delivered and that they will open an investigation with the carrier. After a few back-and-forth emails they stated they would give me a 60% refund. I asked for all my money back. They said 90% refund. Still on going.

Beware I purchased clothing items from a site on Instagram that is called vogdolike or vionawear.I paid $32.49. I never received the items and when I emailed @ [email protected], I never received a response. The phone on file was also not working 568-678-0825. Do not order from this site its a scam.

I have never been provided with a tracking number and email address or a phone number. I feel this company is a total scam

I clicked an instagram shop link and purchased a labubu ( buy one get one free with 90 day warrenty) from Flare LA. My name is Jennifer Ulrich. My order number from the site was #labubu11333. My tracking said delivered to NJ, not where I live, then I opened a complaint with thier customer servive. My customer service rep was named Joana. They said they would open a claim with the carrier and it would lake up to 20 days. After this I have had no replies to any of my emails attemptinv to contact them.

I ordered a dress from the company, it took me almost a month to get it and when I got it, it wouldn't fit a toddler and it did not look anything like the dress I ordered. They tried to pull a scam of that I had to take a picture of the packaging, which I no longer had And then send that to them and then they were gonna want me to bail it all the way back to Italy and they offered me four dollars for my troubles.
