Website states “maltipoo” in business name, however, 2 puppies purchased from her had ZERO Maltese in them: one was found to be poodle/bichon frise, the other did not even have poodle & was a total mutt (schnauzer/cocker spaniel/pit bull). That dog also had Parvo 4 days after we got her, “breeder” refused to pay for or even share costs of $7000 vet bill despite the “healthy pup guarantee”. When “breeder” contacted about pups not actually being Maltipoos, she stated she was simply selling dogs for other breeders & just took their word for it. She offered to get another dog for us if we wanted to re-home that one, like it was no big deal. Obviously we did not get rid of the pup, but we absolutely got scammed! What was supposed to be a small hypoallergenic maltipoo turned out to be a giant, spastic mutt who sheds!

I was contacted by another buyer who was recently scammed by her and then saw another post on her website trying to re-home another non-maltipoo pup that looked very similar to the mutt we got. She needs to be shut down or change the name to “Bay Area Mutts” because that’s what people are unknowingly paying for.

I saw the ad for a legitimate company on Instagram. It looked like it was from Nordstrom Rack. However, when I made the purchase of 2 pairs of boots, even though the heading of the email I received was from Nordstrom, I noticed that the email itself is not from Nordstrom, but from easyassisthub.com. On my credit card, it said that the charge was made from a company called Leslie Sole, which is also a legitimate company, however, this was not on my original confirmation email at all. But because the name Leslie Sole is the name of a real company, my credit card believed this charge is legitimate and did not reimburse me. I could not submit a copy of my confirmation email to dispute this.

It was an ad on Instagram that claimed that Canadian Tire is getting rid of Smeg electric water kettles and people have a chance to win one from remaining inventory for $ 2 or $ 3. There was a picture of a lady who had won one in the ad. I clicked on the ad and then I was told I had three chances to win if I pick the correct gift box. I clicked on one and it was no win. I tried again and this time it showed a smug water kettle. I was then asked to pick a colour. I picked blue. It said the item is $ 2.oo plus shipping. I clicked next and they wanted my name, address, email, telephone number which I provided. Then the next step was to give them the credit card info, which I (stupidly) provided. When all was filled out, a screen popped up that read:

Approved. Congratulations, we've received your entry! If you have any questions, please call our customer service line at (833)652-4076 or email us at [email protected].

I was somewhat puzzled because now they were talking about an "entry" and not a win, but all alarm bells rang when this morning, my husband and I found an invoice of $ 280.00 on the credit card. My husband called the company who charged this amount, but got nowhere with them. Then he called the phone number I had screenshot the day prior, and it was the same lady he had spoken to in his previous phone call. She insisted I had placed an entry to win a kettle for $280!

My husband now has to cancel the credit card and we are trying to dispute this obvious fraud that tricks people into paying a super expensive entry fee - without even the guarantee of a win! It is appalling.

I tried to find this ad on Instagram again today, but couldn't. I had seen it before, once, a couple of weeks ago, but ignored it. I only responded this time because they showed a photo of a winner and because I was t ricked into thinking that this give away lottery is run by Canadian Tire.

I came across Jenny Daves website JCE Experience on Instagram and wanted to purchase her services / package for valentines day weekend. I paid a total of $500 for her JCE package exerience she called me to confirm payment and arrangements. I drove out of state for her services only to reach out to her to inform me that the hotel reservation was cancelled. She apologized and informed me that she had a series of misfortune events happened that day and she would refund me that night (Feb 17th). I still haven't received a refund as of today 2/26. Jenny has been telling me that she would refund me when she responds and a refund is never sent. This is not how business should be handle and I got scammed out of $500.00.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Instagram, sent $35 via Zelle, was assured in direct messages that I would receive the product, but then never received it. I now receive no DM responses and have contacted someone at the number provided but have been told she is at work and cannot speak at that time - was told I’d receive a phone call back at a specific time that I never received, and was asked to provide my phone number or email to be reimbursed for what I ordered, but was then hung up on before the conversation ended.

puppy scammers, of maltipoo and other toy or teacup mixed breeds: Contacted me via IG as Lovely_Pets_home2 (or something very similar. They frequently change their name. First said they were in Little Rock KY, later it was Lexington. I had my daughter contact them on a separate account and she was told Texas. Payment was made via Zelle of $350 to reserve the puppies (there were 2 of them) to a Sarah Lapierre. Later was contacted via email by someone named either David Arthur Beeber, Arthur David Beeber, or a similar combination. I realized it was a scam when I reverse searched the pictures of the puppies and saw they were on other internet sites. Then got more suspicious and did my homework, unfortunately a bit too late. Saw their instagram profile was based out of Cameroon, and the name had changed 7 times previously.

These people were very convincing. Or maybe I was easily tricked because I have purchased animals from breeders online before, and the process was the same for the legit breeders......

This email is a follow-up to my previous complaint against Afterpay and UoLOVA. Because of my repeated requests to UoLOVA to complete a claim with UPS, neither of them has been provided to either party. After conducting independent research on UOLOVA, I discovered numerous customer reviews indicating that the company has cheated several clients of their products. Additionally, I learned that UOLOVA has a local presence in Houston, Texas, and attempted to contact an employee named Anthony at uolova.com and their phone number (407) 479-8039 Directions 6888 S Texas 6 Houston, TX 77083. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with the company have been unsuccessful, and as of February 9, 2024, I am still waiting to receive a response.

I have also had challenges in my interactions with Afterpay employees, who have yet to be responsive to my concerns and would like to provide complete information. The company's association with UOLOVA on its website is concerning, and I would like to ask them to take the necessary steps to take care of this. On May 16, 2023, I ordered a product from UOLOVA, but I am still waiting to receive the product due to UPS's failure to provide a shipping address.

Had I researched this business before making a purchase, I would have discovered numerous negative reviews of the product's quality. I am grateful that I canceled my order and did not receive their product, which could have resulted in a different outcome. I am entitled to a full refund of $244.00,

Scammer listed a bogus company on Instagram for Christmas items. Item never received and subsequently charges began being charged against the credit card used for the bogus purchase.

On 2/4/2023 I came across an ad on IG from a company called Fading Culture, advertising clippers that cut a fade haircut. I paid $59.99 and the product was never delivered. I followed up on 3/18/2023 asking for my money back and got no response. I followed up on 3/25/2023 again asking for a refund and Fading Culture responded telling me my order would be shipped asap and I'd be given a 10% refund. Neither happened. I followed up 4/18/2023, 6/13/2023, 6/21/2023, 8/4/2023 and got no response. Fading Culture took my money and did not deliver what I paid them for.

I had been following erastour_resell_tickets as well and they had posted tickets and I wanted to buy them. They had 205 thousand followers (that I checked to see if they were real people of accounts that they had bought, but they seemed to be real people since they were all different and had many posts and followers of their own)and so I assumed it would be safe. They said the tickets were available and that the tickets were verified and that they had the barcode so the middle man (the Instagram account) had full access to tickets. They sent me the email and I tried to send 900$. The payment didn’t go through so I called my bank and the bank said that the payment didn’t go through because the email that I was trying to send the money to had been black listed due to fraud. Needless to say I cancelled the payment and didnt want to continue with my purchase of the tickets. Upon telling the account that my plans had changed they blocked me and deleted all the messages we had shared. Super sketchy.

I saw an ad on Instagram for FREE Le Creuset pans with Selena Gomez. The add is still up, but all comments are blocked: https://www.instagram.com/p/C1xra0cgcom/

I ordered the pans for a one time shipping fee for $9.95 (that is what the text stated on the ad), but I got no confirmation via email or text. When I researched the company, I found several articles stating this was a scam: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/selena-gomez-le-creuset-giveaway-scam/ https://www.nytimes.com/2024/01/09/technology/taylor-swift-le-creuset-ai-deepfak... />
I contacted the company (using the phone number on my credit card statement) to get my money back, and I got a call center employee who told me that I entered a sweepstakes, and they attempted to continue to charge me over $180. This is a "sweepstakes" where I will be charged a monthly fee, and I still OWED them money! I told them that I agreed to a ONE TIME FEE ONLY FOR SHIPPING, that I did not enter a sweepstakes, I received no confirmation or receipt of charges, and I would like my money back. They said this was not possible. I told them that I would be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and cancel the card.

I have been following @erastour_resell_tickets on instagram for quite a while. Other had vouched for the legality of the account. A post was recently made for $900 for 3 tickets to an eras tour Taylor swift concert on 11/2/24. Tickets section 242 row 4. I agreed and began to try and transfer the $900. I initially transferred the $900 from my checking to PayPal. When attempting to transfer I was getting failed messages. I contacted PayPal and there were secure flags since it was abnormal activity for me and a large amount of money. The person behind the instagram account wanted me to try a different form of payment but I’d have to pay $15 to transfer the money immediately back to my checking. They said they’d deduct the $15 from the ticket price. I then tried Venmo but had the same issues since PayPal owns Venmo. I was able to successfully do a test send of $5 to @delores98 (Delores Armstrong). We attempted Apple Pay to phone number +1 346-234-5555 but that wouldn’t work. They gave me several email addresses or electronic accounts to try. I don’t have all of them

Since this person deleted the messages they sent me in instagram. But I’m sure instagram has them. They have also since deleted all content on their instagram page but the page is still up. I have reported it. This is the email I was given when the $870 went through [email protected]. They confirmed the payment was received. I was also given [email protected] and [email protected]. Again there were more but that’s what I have record of without instagrams involvement. Payment was transferred Wednesday. I was told the ticket transfer would happen soon. It never did. I was strung along. I asked for my money back and was told not to worry, my tickets were secure since the middle man seller had the bar codes of the tickets. I was given little to no information until today/friday 1/26 I noticed the instagram account had deleted all content on their page and all messages they’d sent me. They’d disappeared. I do have several photos or screen grabs of the account information, payment confirmation and tickets promised. Happy to help provide anything that will be helpful in me getting my money back.
