Said it was hand made by US Veteran. Shipped from China and is made with particle board, not hardwood. Submitted a claim with PayPal, tried to cancel order and get a refund before it was delivered as soon as I saw it was coming from China. PayPal hasn’t helped and company won’t refund money. Paid extra for 3 day shipping and it wasn’t received until day 23.

Total fraud. The product is trash. It shipped from China. Customer service responded in broken English.
