Threatening Civil Lawsuit over a 12 year debt that I have never heard of . Contacted my spouse and told my spouse that they were hired to protect me from going to court. If I do not settle for $625 I will have to pay 1,900 in court. I clearly stated that the debt is not mine and i have never heard of that company.

BEWARE DEBT SCAMMERS

Claimed that I owed $1,900 to Blair Corportation but stated that they will settle for $625. I have never heard of Blair Corporation. After further research,
I didn't even have debt issued during the timeframe 12 years ago! They threatened a civil lawsuit. phone #s 213-329-3373 and 877-805-1719

These people called me and had all my information and told me I owe so much money and had my cars information and all, told me they were going to file a civil suit on me because of this information. Couldn’t give me no information then got mad when I asked questions I paid these people 218 and was about to pay them 1500 dollars because they lied so much had me believing them

Called me claiming I owed Wells Fargo

This company called me claiming that I owed Wells Fargo. If I didn't pay them they were going to file a judgment on my job and property. Well I called Wells Fargo and they confirmed that they did not hire a third party collection agency. These people are scammers and need to be shut down. Don't trust them.

Capital One Bank - Jacobs Daniels & Associates

I got a letter saying I owed almost $3000 on a Capital One card. I have never had a credit card or done any type of banking with Capital One. After that, they began calling and getting more threatening with every call. When I tried to research Jacobs Daniels & Associates I could not find any information on them. Oh, they also called me by my first married name. My first husband has been dead for several years now. And would like to know how they have my SS#!
