This seller represented a US veteran making metal birdhouses. The actual items are cheap, flimsy, mass produced items that were shipped from overseas, probably China. The box arrived crushed and dented and the items were bent and mangled inside. Upon request of a refund, I was offered a 30% reduction in my payment, which, considering the condition of the items and the fact that they were misrepresented as handmade, is not acceptable.

Further investigation reveals that I am not alone in falling for this Facebook scammer’s misrepresentation.
