I tried to contact the support email add. At first they sent me confirmation# even a tracking # that was supposed to be leaving California. And that's the time I heard from them. (secretboxgifts) [email protected] via zendesk.com

I see why now it was all a lie. Very upsetting .The Dragon comforter was a Christmas gift for my Autistic Niece, who loves Dragons. I lost $150.00 of Hard Earned Money..I hope they have to answer for what they've done to people.

I purchased two throws as gifts for my daughters. There was delay after delay. They stated it was partly because they didn't want to send out bad merchandise, so they were being extra careful in their review. When the final products arrived, there were grammatical error. They offered discounts, that I didn't want. I wanted the correct throw. Now they wont accept my emails, they come back as undeliverable.

I order a Army blanket back in December for my son that is serving for our country. We are now in March and I have yet to receive my order! I have message them multiple times and they reply back with that I never purchased anything. I have sent them proof of my bank account statement and the order number, now they have blocked me from emailing them. This is the worst place you can order anything for anyone. Please people do not I repeat DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money on these people, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I demand my money back ASAP!

I ordered a cheetah queen size comforter and pillow shams for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered in November. I received a sleezy cheep piece of fabric in January. I immediately contacted the company. They asked me to send them a picture of it. I did. They sent me back an email apologizing and said they would give me a 15% coupon off my next order. I told them that I just wanted my money back. I haven't heard from them since after several attempts to contact them I will never order from them again!

Ordered 2 quilt blankets for chemotherapy.
Not at all a quilt more like a cheap light duvet.
Color is not as appeared on website either-purple color on website but rcvd more of a black color.

I am trying to add a report to the ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker for Cuztomboxgifts but the page won't load on any of my devices. I also purchased from this company. I didn't receive the product until today. It was well over a month past the ordering date. The product was supposed to be a rug but is more the material of curtains. According to their return policy it can't be returned. You have 30 days from the purchase date even though I just received the item today. I have requested a full refund from the company. Any help is greatly appreciated. I paid $89.95 for this item.

I made a purchase back on December but they are using now a new brand name secret gift box. They offer refunds. But it is not true I ordered a dishwasher cover but I did receive a bad printed big sticker. I tried to contact them through their email with no luck. I reported to bbb.org aunt call PayPal because all the transactions are through them. PayPal is going to help you to get your refund. You need the transaction number which it is in your bank account/credit card charge.

Ordered a name brand Queen size linen set; received a knock-off item that was too small for the bed. Their published refund policy allowed a return for a refund within thirty days. When I tried to invoke this policy, the company flatly refused and instead offered me a discount on a future item. It took me 3 months to get Citibank to finally refund my money. This company is based in Asia and will not allow you to return an item. I would avoid at all cost. They sell products that have the same names as products on established web stores, but the items are fakes. Also see their Better Business Bureau review; its abysmal.

I ordered a comforter set back in September, never received it. I disputed the charge on my credit card, they credited my account. As of Tuesday, Janit is still trying to collect $159.90 from me. The comforter came with a free throw, I received that, I returned it with a note that I haven’t received the comforter and to cancel my order. I know they received it because they had to sign for it, I included my phone number and ask them to call, I sent email after email no response.

I wish I had seen these comments before! After 3 months, I finally got the shipment. I had paid $36 for a full-size, sturdy dishwasher magnet. What came in the mail, with no return address, was a sticker. Yes, that's right. I said STICKER. It was paper-thin and only half the size. There's no way I'm going to put a sticker on my brand-new stainless steel dishwasher. I can't believe I paid $36 for a sticker that's worth about a dollar.

Same case here a sticker and also damaged. You should send this case to PayPal even if you do not have an account with them you may did the transaction through them. Get your full refund because this seller is a scammer. More than 60 complaints with bbb.org This seller uses different websites but the real name is JANIT COMPANY LIMITED
