I ordered some jewelry from what I thought was Kay Jewelry. At first I was issued a tracking number and it says that it was delivered to someone in Ohio. I reached out and told about the parcel being delivered to the wrong address.
I was assured that they were going to make it right by sending me another order and/or refund my money. Please be patient.
It's been over 3 months and I still haven't been able to get anything except for emails saying thank you for your patience and we will be refunding you. You will be seeing the refund in 7 to 13 days.

I spent over $120. And have refused to give any other information except for screen shots of the order and confirmation of the order.

I purchased the Hoka shoes from a Dick's Sporting Goods website presented as a Summer Sale. I received order confirmation but never received the shoes. When I emailed the customer service, the rep just kept saying they were looking for the order and to me patient.

It looked to be stanley tumbler cups with Llama's printed on the cups- I ordered on 09/05/23 I have been emailing several times requesting a refund, each time getting a response insisting my refund was coming and it hasn't come.

I placed 2 orders on heydudeshoes.com and there was a package sent from China through a Chinese shipping company to the U.S. and then through the USPS to Cedar Park, Texas instead of to my address in California. I emailed this scammer multiple times before realizing how big of a scam they are running. I hope they get caught and spend many years in prison. Please if there is anyone associated with the FBI or any identity theft or fraudulent online sales authorities, and you're reading these please find and arrest these [censored]!

Allegedly this company was representing itself as Dick's Sporting Goods. There were sneakers on sale for a discounted price. I found this on FB and thought that since it was Dick's it was legit. I placed the order on 8/23/23 and the money ($59.88) was debited from account on 8/25/23. I've been waiting on this delivery for a while now. I contacted [email protected] about my order and was told that it had been delivered on 9/14/23 to a mailbox in Kingsville, TX. Mind you I live in TN, so why would my package be delivered to TX.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in May 2023, which I thought I was ordering from Birkenstock. They stated it was delivered to an address in NJ when I am located in WI. I have numerous emails from this person: [email protected] stating they are sending the product again. I have still received NO product and the last email I was 'wished a happy life'-! That was on September 23, 2023. The confirmation email came to me as "Birkenstock#15530" w/ a shipment status.

[email protected] from china I ordered two pair of shoes that cost me were $50 and I’ve been waiting forever for them and she keeps telling me that they’re in route. They’re in route and then they’re missing and then they found them and they’re still in China. So I have all the text messages and all the emails we sent back-and-forth even with a tracking number which is a scam tracking number so someone can please help me get my money back that would be great.

Saw an ad on Facebook Reels, should have known too good to be true. Ordered 3 pair of **** Runners and received confirmation of order. Looked at the confirmation later to try to figure out when said order could be expected and saw the contact address was [email protected] which seemed odd. Googled and found out it was a scam site and that I should cancel my credit card and dispute the order with my bank. Long story short, I did both, received a new card and luckily got my money back.

Dick's sporting good on facebook advertised sandles and I ordered a pair on 7-1-23. I email the company and rec'd a response on 8-27-23 that the order shipped and is on the way. It gave me a website to track of ************************. i logged in with tracking number *************. It shipped from China, which I was unaware of, and the tracking shows delivered to Encinitas CA on

Huge savings on Hoka shoes. They got my credit card info. I closed account a few minutes after I purchased shoes.

They gave me tracking number. It was coming from China and delivered to Palm Beach. But I live in Maryland.

I was on Facebook shop now a Dicks Sporting Goods summer sale ad appeared. I purchased 2 pair of Hoka tennis shoes at $19.94 a piece. Was sent order # and confirmation through email unable to contact them anymore.

it was “sold” as a Stanley thermal mug online and we never received it. It’s been 4 months and they just keep replying to email saying they will update us when they can. I called them out as frauds and they replied saying “have a happy life.”

Came across an AD on instagram for a shoe company called Famous Footwear that was having a huge sale on Hey Dudes brand shoes so I clicked on the link made the purchase and 3 months later sill no shoes! Of course have emailed the company but they keep saying it’s in transit but others have ordered and they too have not received any product!

They had a close out sale on Birkenstocks. They gave me a tracking number and they delivered to Georgia. I have emailed the only contact information they have on the site, and he hasn’t emailed me back.

Posing as hey due shoes and the Hey Dude store, I went to purchase 4 pairs of these shoes via an Instagram advertisement that I thought was legitimate. It even sent me email updates regarding my items. Until I saw it was rerouted to some place in Hawaii where a person picked it up at a local post office and I never received my items. The email address listed won't return my email correspondence either

I ordered product on MAY 16, 2023 and it will be AUGUST tomorrow and I have no merchandise and they continue to give me the run around. I have asked for a refund for over a month. I told them this and also told them I'd be reporting their business.
