ordered 2 stanley cups from this company. paid with credit card. order was tracked and never received. contacted company via email. they responded and wanted to know order numbers. numbers were given, no response for refund or reshipment of product

I received a sponsor on Instagram regarding a sale Birkenstock was having. I ordered sandals and Stanley tumblers. I received an email with tracking number. The order was coming from China and was delivered to an address in PR

They had an ad on Facebook for Bierkenstock sandals for only $24.99. Then if you bought 2 or more pair, the price was half off. I bought 3 pairs. Once I got the email saying that the shoes had shipped, I was tracking and them and they were coming from China. They finally made it to the US and now they have been delivered to an address in Puerto Rico. I did recieve a text they needed an updated address and it was then that I realized it was a scam.

The advertisement appeared genuine for Birkenstock sandals. The advertisement showed a reputable store, Dicks Sporting Goods.

I did take photos of the ad with the information and order. When I tried to upload them, it froze up this page and wouldn’t allow me to advance this complaint.

After reviewing the photos, there were a few misspelled words and errors.

I clicked on a link within Facebook that was appearing to be reputable. I selected the items I wanted and placed my order, after trying to track my order many times the link wasn’t successful. I reached out to the email provider, I receive a response stating that they were sorry for the delay and provided a different link. The link worked but it indicated that the item was sent to a california resident. I again reached out three times and indicated my intention to contact the BBB. There was no response. I again reached out today 7/3/23 asking for a refund, my product or both.

Ad was in my facebook feed and looked legit. I ordered two pair of Birkenstock sandals for my kids. I was sent an email confirming the order with an order number of SG1368 and then another email a couple days later with a tracking number of RG015612052CN. Tracking number was provided on June 6th, 2023 but I still have not received any sandals and I work for the USPS. I have sent emails to the email address listed on the "website" with no response. jessie@peachcher

The links to the websites or to "check order status" are no longer working links. I ordered $160 worth of Stanley products and I thought I was legitimately ordering from the Stanley website on June 10th. I have been able to track the package coming from China. On the 26th, I tracked the package and it was in New York. This was good news, or so I thought since New York is close to Maine. Today when I tracked the package, it had been delivered to somewhere in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Facebook ad for $20 hey dude shoes. Shipping was free. Payment went through and then researched as I saw the contact means was an email. Saw it was a scam that had been going around.

I placed an order for two Stanley cups on May 18. After not receiving them, I inquired about when they would ship. I was given a tracking number and a shipping company that was located in China. Watching the progression of the shipping I learned it was out for delivery in Ohio. I live in Indiana. Tracking now says they’ve lost my package. I have contacted the email and asked for a refund twice. I’m told they have shipped my package.

Saw an instagram ad on my phone for Birkenstocks on sale. Clicked on the link and was able to add a few pairs to my cart for $26.80 CAD, with additional discounts for multiple pairs purchased. Seemed too good to be true so validated links on my laptop and none of the links worked (https://www.compliment-cite.com/pages/404). Checked my email and had received an email that I had successfully subscribed to Birkenstock, and the contact information in the email was [email protected]. Also received another email reminding me to purchase the items in my cart. Found that this address was linked to other online scams. Website and emails looked very authentic!

I ordered the product on 4/7/23 and it was supposed to be delivered to Omaha, NE. on 4/22/23 the product was delivered to Dracut, MA. I asked the company why this happened and they blamed it on the delivery company. I sent the tracking results to the company as they said they would have to look into this which took over a week. They let me know they would need to get the product back before sending it again. I questioned it and they said they would send a new product but it would take 10-15 business days to get a new tracking number. it has been 5 weeks and I have reached out to them four times and they have stopped responding. I have asked for the product, a new tracking number, a refund, or even a response and they have not done any of it.

Placed my order. Had to make multiple requests for status reports. Tracking number showed delivery in PA not Louisiana as ordered. Vendor advised a replacement order would be processed but after 90 days, I still have no goods or replacement order information.

I pucher a laptop frome facebook market and ad vertisement fo a spectrum 16 and 17 inches lap top that was a clearance warehouse sale to which turn out to be a total scam i purchase it on march 10 2023 and herw it is may 3 2023 and i never it i have tried. Multiply times to contact this so called company all i get back through email is that its on the way please be patience and a tracking number that haa turn out to be the same numbers other peoples have. And my mailing address is in hawaii and that is apparenly where its has gone accordingly to the united states postal service to whom it was coming by usps. And i never received it i now know and realized that i have been scam by a scam artist i hope that i have learned from this a valuable lesson from this dont believe everything you see and read off the internet and especially facebook and marketplace whoever this is i hope he or they are found and brought to justice once and for all so that this will not happen to anyone else thier are so many scammer out there so please be aware and used caution when are shopping online and in public thanks
