The website advertised low prices for a Stanley stainless steel tumbler so I ordered 2. They never arrived, and I have sent a dozen emails to the company asking for a refund. They respond a week later that they have reshipped the products. I know that I have been scammed out of my money and I did enter my credit account number online when I made the purchase.

This service is being used on Facebook.

Facebook ad for discounted Hey Dudes, they were delivered to Texas I'm in TN this has happened to A LOT of people

I clicked on an ad online for Hey Dude brand of shoes. The site was offering a sale and products were at a extremely reduced price and when I provided my email I got additional percentage off the total. I received a confirmation email even with tracking number. The tracking number did take to another sight which was all in Chinese and showed a package moving about the country of China. Then I checked back the tracking only after a friend stated that her order shows as delivered to Hawaii. My order showed my package was delivered to Texas. Neither package has arrived. I sent an email to the contact at the bottom of the confirmation email [email protected] then I googled the same email address and learned it was a big scam. The website no long exists.

Ad on Facebook for discounted Birkenstocks. Said items coming from Dicks Sporting goods overseas overstock.

Bought shoes online through facebook. Never received items.

There was an ad on Facebook for Birkenstock sandals for 24.99. Once you clicked on it, it took you to a website that is no longer available. That’s where the order was placed from. The order went through for the price as asked and I received an email saying it was shipped with a tracking number. The package came from China but was delivered to an address in Puerto Rico, which was never provided by me, I live in Alabama. I have reached out to the email they provided for help and they told me I need to contact the local mail carrier to confirm the delivery location.

My sister-in-law sent this to me. She also got scammed. We both thought it was a discount for hey dude they delivered the shoes to a place in California. I never got them. I had to open up a claim with my bank it’s still processing.

I ordered some shoes through a Facebook website for Hey Dude shoes. I placed the order and order was delivered to Texas and I don't live anywhere near Texas.

On 6/24 I order some heydudes on Facebook. I received my tracking #, when I checked to see my delivery date there was a message saying customer request redelivery. I called the post office in that city/state. Was told that a ticket had already been open for that tracking # and that the company was bogus and they had given that tracking # to every customer. My shoes were delivered to someone in CA. I reported this to my credit card company and they will refund me and suggested I report to BBB. I also email a Jessie but he hasn't replied. Company name on my receipt is RH heydudestore.com Tracking # RH017085929CN for $19.95 [email protected]

Clicked a Facebook ad to what I thought was heydudes website. Ordered. Given false tracking which said it left China and was delivered in Texas.

Offer Stanley’s as a Mother’s Day gift.

The website was on Facebook it looked exactly like the Hey Dudes website. So I ordered from the site but they took my information and credit card and sent me an email with tracking info (fake).

Advertised authentic Birkenstock sandals at $20. After purchase, site disappeared and upon looking, found contact email [email protected] to have history of fraud.

When trying to track shipment, safari cannot open the website and emails are answered BUT empty

it was for hey dude shoes, Face Book fed.

I was directed to the site through a facebook ad. I purchased sandals, and paid through paypal. I received a confirmation of the order from [email protected]

I then received an email that my shipment status was updated- i checked on the status through the link that was emailed, and items were delivered to Puerto Rico, according to the tracking number i clicked on in the body of the email:

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I reached out to ask a question and they rudely told me to be patient and that they were working on getting them to me. I emailed again asking about when they would be delivered and I was told 5 to 10 business days. That has long past and as of June 19th it said it was in "Carolina" which technically isn't a place.

Hey Dude shoes is really popular. These scammers passed off their business as Hey Dude shoes, advertised free shipping and shoes for only $15.99 per pair. The Tracking order leads to a non-existent website.

Ordered a 40 ounce Stanley drink cup what appeared to be Dick’s Sporting Goods off of Facebook. Checked status and saw that it was delivered to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I live in Minnesota. Reached out to email address provided to request refund and just got the run around.
