I have received emails saying my package is in a holding area waiting for a label, this comes from UPSP. Sept 5 I ordered a sewing machine the total was 28.50 it's a sale because the store is closing. I have a tracking # and an order # it also said it would be 15 to20 days. I still have not received the package. Was I scammed?

Claim to be closing doors super good prices on clearance items, Joann's is not in China or over seas. After I purchased I realized it wasn't real. I knew better
