This website pretends to be an online pharmacy affiliated with the real Livewell website, but it's not. They ask for your information, driver's license, address, insurance card, email address, phone number, and payment information. Then, when you try to remove your credit card information, there's no way to do that. They say you can by going to your account and clicking "billing, " but billing doesn't exist. If you call the number, they tell you to email them or chat with them. No one is on the chat.
