Scammer pretended to be from a law firm of Joseph and Williams, LLC out of NY. Stated that I am going to taken to court about a bill that wasn't paid in 2018. Person spoke very quickly and new the last four numbers of my social as well as my address. Stated that I could negotiate the amount down only if I paid it now with a credit card, then transferred me to what they called the company that takes care of billing. They said they'd send me a DocuSign to sign and fill in the credit card number. They were unable to tell me who the person I owed money to or what it was a charge for.
